  1. That was a very entertaining, exciting, stressful and exhausting game! Whew! Playoffs! I will admit there were points earlier in the season, with everybody in the AFC East winning, all the Bills injuries and the way they played at times, that the thought of the Bills not even making the playoffs crossed my mind once or twice. All Hail Josh Allen! All hail Tyler Bass!
  2. I’m glad no ESPN+. I’ve been watching Sabres games on there and it sucks. I pause the game and go to the bathroom or to get something to eat and come back, unpause and it takes me back to the beginning. Even worse, if you’re watching the Live version, for some reason they put an hour block of time with their ads before the game, so you have to fast forward thru all that.
  3. But maybe the Bills defenders won’t see them either .
  4. Try living in Northern California. 🤮 My son-in-law is a Niners fan but my daughter won’t be converted.
  5. About 2,900 miles. I actually went back to Buffalo from San Jose to see the family for Thanksgiving but we planned to go to a game and I bought the tickets before I left. Several family members went.
  6. He was just quoted as saying he didn’t see the point of playing in the regular season. Great attitude!
  7. Good Morning Football played the postgame with Josh where somebody asked a question about the offense and then said “This doesn’t look like a Super Bowl offense.” Sullivan immediately came to mind. Whether it was or not, I don’t know.
  8. Peter King in today’s FMIA even took a shot at McKenzie: “5. I think if Isaiah McKenzie doesn’t improve his hands, and pronto, the Bills will be in the market for a new slot receiver—and maybe before the end of the season. I know I’d be thinking about an upgrade if I were Brandon Beane.”
  9. Oh really? They fired Rick Dennison after one season after they made the playoffs in 2017.
  10. Why is the manningcast successful? I watched once for a couple minutes and thought it was goofy with Peyton and Eli cracking jokes on each other and only half paying attention to the game. I saw via commercials, etc. they now have guests but who cares. Not what I’m looking for in watching a game.
  11. That hit by Milano on White brought back memories of the Mike Stratton (also #58) back in the 1960’s. It was even more impressive on the replays. You could just about see all the air coming out of White’s lungs.
  12. A bigger issue to me is penalties called that really didn’t affect the play. They need to use more common sense. A run goes to the right and a blocker on the left side gets called for holding. Sure it may affect the defender’s pursuit but not always. For the pass interference, I agree they should make it 15 yards again. It’s still significant so defenders don’t just tackle receivers so they don’t get beat but not game changing.
  13. Yes, in a way that was the worst part. Not Heard during timeout “Whose got Kelce?!”
  14. When Jerry Jones, who was so excited about the prospect of signing OBJ, now has doubts about his knee, I say Foggetaboutit!
  15. Barkley would be a good guess. He was with the Niners thru the 2017 preseason. Jacob Eason is on their practice squad.
  16. They had poor time management and play selection prior to that FG attempt. They could’ve moved closer with a couple of short passes.
  17. Does this mean Josh won’t be able to jump into his arms after a touchdown?
  18. To me, the right way to look at a HOF candidate is how they measured up to their peers in the time that they played. With Diggs having a season where he lead the league in receptions and receiving yards and other seasons where he’s ranked very high, I think he’s on the way. Since the Pro Football HOF, in its finite wisdom, guarantees that six eligible candidates will get elected each year, Hall of Very Good level players are often enshrined. That being said, I believe Diggs is a legit candidate.
  19. Yeah, there was the one play where it seemed like the whole DL had at least one shot as Jones kept scrambling for what seemed way over 10 seconds and nobody got him. That was the play where Michaels said Phillips was down as they went to break. Phillips was probably exhausted from the amount of running he did on that play.
  20. Josh seems to look for Diggs first. It’s impossible to see who else may be open but there was was one play where it was like 3rd and five and Josh threw about a 15 yard pass to Diggs who made a good contested catch. On the live broadcast I noticed that Knox was wide open on the opposite sideline waving his arm.
  21. Ah, Barkley could serve as a pseudo QB coach. This is also Josh’s 5th year in the league. QB coach isn’t as important for him.
  22. Yeah, and the negative plays weren’t necessarily his fault. Singletary runs for 8, Cook for 6. Hines comes in and a defender is untouched and nails him for a loss.
