  1. Sorry to take the sail out of your winds but it was Hank Bullough
  2. Honorable mention: 1. Bills/Jets- needing only to run out the clock, Losman goes back scrambling and fumbles and the Jets take it for the winning score. 2. Bills/New Eng- Pats obviously short of 1st down on 4th down but ref heard saying "just give it to them" and Pats go on to score winning TD 3. Bills/Dolphins in 1970's with OJ- exciting high scoring game- Mercury Morris is picked up and thrown down and fumbles. Pre-instant replay, refs still get together and discuss it but decide it's not a fumble. Shocked and angry Bills defense allow Fins RB to go about 50 yards untouched for a TD. Game over. 4. Bills/Jags- Jags score on TD pass on last play after on prior 4th down play, all Nate Clements had to do was knock the pass down but went for the INT and missed resulting in a big 1st down reception Unfortunately I think I could've gone on for a few more
  3. Yes, that has to be it, giving up 2 TDs in the last 2 mins of a game it looked they had in the books.
  4. Only attended one game there in 1971 vs the Cards. Bills lost but Alvin Wyatt returned a punt for a score.
  5. Bob Chandler. I just loved watching him play. Great moves, ran great routes and great hands. He also was a great downfield blocker for OJ.
  6. Plus Rex is a buffoon!
  7. Rauch, who had one of the aal-time great RBs and used him as a receiver? I second the choice of Saban. The best years of the Bills' 1st 2 decades came with Lou Saban as the coach. I'd like to see his cousin Nick work his Saban magic.
  8. I wouldn't piss off someone named Adolph. I wonder if his parents have any other kids and if they do, what their names are. Benito ( Mussolini)? Saddam? Osama?
  9. Hey, at least it doesn't look like a banana slug.
  10. And he usually had more than 100 total tackles for the season, which was also amazing
  11. I was just going to ask why no love for Andre Reed.
  12. I don't know if I'll ever be able to get past the following buffoonery: 1. Rex boasts that he will make the #5 defense into the #1 defense and they finish 18th after makes pass rushing D-Linemen go back in pass coverage and the pass rush goes from 1st to worst 2. Rex shows up at a press conference wearing a Clemson helmet And the coup de grace... 3. Rex responds to a question as to why he didn't challenge a key official's call with "because they didn't show the replay on the board"
  13. Was your use of 'Little' a pun?
  14. For me, nothing will top his answer as to why he didn't challenge calls in KC "because they didn't show it on the board." He'll have to do a lot to get me behind him after that one.
  15. Oye, new owners, some new management and this organization still can't avoid embarrassing themselves. GM says humans shouldn't be playing football. Head coach is a buffoon. Players claimed off waivers don't report and won't even communicate with the team. Assistant coach attacks kids on a beach.
  16. Yeah, the Bills are already using virtual reality to review the QBs reactions to game situations.
  17. NRL (National Robot League) forming now.
  18. The throwing of deep passes on 3rd and short instead of just going for the 1st down has been prevalent for this team for several years with different coaches, offensive coordinator s and quarterback s and I don't understand why.
  19. I know it was a different era but take a look at Kemp's stats in those years. His norm was like 7 TD passes, 20+ INTs, 40% completion s. He was a gritty game manager and the team's defense won those championships
  20. There were reports on the Bills home site and WGR after the 1st day but I haven't seen anything since.
  21. OK , you, you & you, let's go! Get in the back of the truck!
  22. Hate to have the name Smallwood
  23. He gives them a Shaq and Kolby combo
  24. NFL and NBA drafts are more impactful, where many of the drafted players are expected to contribute immediately. The NHL draft, other than the 1st few picks of a particular draft (Eichel & McDavid), can be meaningless to the casual fan as most of the players are unknown and could spend years in the minors if they do make it to the NHL. Baseball is similar.
