  1. A torn bag of used worn out deflated footballs.
  2. Who ever thought the Bills would sign Mario Williams? Whoever thought they'd make the trade for McCoy?
  3. That's obvious by all of Rex's old players they bring in.
  4. So, they'll be likely drafting a WR to replace one that leaves and drafting a safety to replace a safety (Aaron Williams) that will probably retire. They'll need to use free agency to actually improve the team other than individual player improvement.
  5. Offer Kirk Cousins a contract he can't refuse.
  6. And now is the time to go for it. Take advantage of the fact that the Redskins would only give Cousins a 1 year deal and sign him to a free agent deal that they can't match (he's actually going to be a UFA). Of all the QB options that have been discussed, I believe Cousins is the best one. It may cost $25 Mil but I'd rather spend it on him than TT.
  7. I agree. They should play well but not pull it out. Then with playoff hopes dead, they win the last 3 games to finish 9-7, ruin their draft position, save Rex's job and they keep TT as QB. For those of us that want Rex gone though, I would think that a loss at home to Cleveland would be hard for the Pegulas to overlook. And I'll see that and raise you a Supertramp "Dreamer" highlighted by the lines: "Dreamer, you stupid little dreamer" and "Take a dream on a Sunday"
  8. It didn't end the way we'd like but I wouldn't call it awful. The Bills ran all over them for 2.5 Qtrs. I never expected the Bills to win this game so the 24-9 lead was great. They just couldn't hold on. What was the deal with the Bills flying out on Saturday? That was stupid. I've flown coast-to-coast many times and always needed a day to recover. Did they do the same for the LA and Seattle games? With 3 west coast games this season, I'm glad I picked the right one (Rams) to go to. It would've been a long drive home back to Sacramento if I attended today's game.
  9. Not going to happen. Ryan thinks TT is great. Whaley thinks EJ is great. However, since we don't know how Cardale has progressed, at least he's been with the team all year so he's probably just as good at this point as any rookie they could get in the next draft.
  10. I'd stick with Tyrod over Cutler or Romo.
  11. Just stop with the Romo stuff. He missed 12 games last season and the 1st nine of this season. At age 36 there's little reason to believe that will change.
  12. That's right, it's "Irvin" as in Michael Irvin.
  13. How about DeMarco Murray?
  14. Maybe he is buds with Donahoe. Mort doesn't let it go either. Maybe they contact Jerry Sullivan to get info on the Bills.
  15. The Pittsburgh game is in Buffalo, which is one plus. Big Ben has also played poorly in road games the last couple of years.
  16. I'd rather have the Bills beat the Raiders so they have that tiebreaker vs them.
  17. Yes that 3rd down call was horrible. Taylor misses on that route most of the time, especially with the smaller receivers like Goodwin and Harvin. If you think you needed a pass to get the 1st down, why not have TT rollout, which gives him the option to run if the receiver isn't open. I thought the Bills were using analytics? You'd think by now that their low percentage of successful attempts on that play would cause them to stop running it. Not surprised I wasn't the only one. During an injury timeout I was checking fantastic stats on my iPad and then started playing solitaire. The game action started again but I was more interested in solitaire. Seems to have been the norm for NFL games today after an exciting set of games last week. A new NFL record and counting for missed XPs in a week. Is this really what the NFL wanted with this rule change?
  18. Well, as Sabres owners, they stayed pat with Ruff, promoted Rolston and then hired Ted Nolan. They finally seemed to get it right in hiring Bylsma, a coach with a great track record. Hopefully they can eventually do the same with the Bills.
  19. Don't forget about Nigel Bradham. I see it that the Bills are eliminated from the playoffs and then win their last couple games to keep Rex around. 8-8.
  20. If we're talking Bills, you can't forget Mike Williams (the OT from Texas) NFL: you can't leave out JeMarcus Russell and Ryan Leaf.
  21. And the Bills can also talk Peyton Manning out of retirement to be Romo's backup! I'd rather go for Kirk Cousins, who will be a free agent.
  22. I see he didn't make the final 24. Veteran's committee might be his best shot. I clicked on the link to see the 2016 nominees and saw that there was a fan vote so I went there. I guess because the next vote drops the list to 15, it said Vote for 15. I reviewed the list and initially the only name that jumped out at me as HOF worthy was Terrell Owens. I clicked on Vote and it said Vote for 14 more. I could make a case that a few more may be HOF worthy like Roger Craig, John Lynch and Terrell Davis but most of the players I would consider as just Very Good. I believe the NFL is on the road to a watering down of the HOF by voting too many players in. I should've been able to vote for only who I wanted to that I thought was worthy. They vote 6 modern day players in each year plus one from the veterans committee plus contributors. What if there aren't 6 worthy players? Baseball did it right a couple years ago where because of who became eligible, including those with steroid accusations, nobody was voted in.
  23. There was also the part about Rodgers having committed to being a groomsman for a friend's wedding and then sending him a text the day before that he couldn't make it. Again, we don't know the whole story but that doesn't sound like a good move.
  24. Hello, have we already forgotten about Matt Ryan? That's because they have the "great" Isiah Crowell.
  25. Wait a minute. Does that mean you're saying the Bills lose to them? How about this: what do you think would happen if Cleveland won only one game and it was against the Bills?
