  1. Ok, so Palmer is a young player. However, DeMarcus Robinson with the Rams had similar stats as Palmer but scored 7 TDs vs 1 for Palmer. Robinson started several games due to the injuries to Nacua and Kupp. Robinson signed with the Niners for 2 years/$9.75M. Sure he’s 30 years old but that’s a big disparity from the 3 years/ $36M the Bills gave Palmer. Mr Beane, Negotiation 101 awaits you.
  2. After he was released, the consensus seemed to be that he might join his brother in SF.
  3. I guess $4Mil is the going rate for an experienced. Our old buddy Zay Jones, coming off a season with 8 recs for 84 yards, got $4.4M to return to Cardinals. Bwahaha, 😂
  4. And that was after Keenan Allen and Mike Williams left.
  5. His first 2 years his yards per reception were mediocre but over 15 the last 2 seasons.
  6. They likely won’t be using an NFL Draft day 1 or 2 pick on a WR now.
  7. Looks like Beane needs to join Kevyn Adams and take a Negotiating 101 class.
  8. The educational system continues to let us down.
  9. As others have said, I’d let Cook play out 2025, and draft another RB in the 4th or 5th round. Worst case, you have to use a higher pick on a RB in 2026. Need to retain Benford if Rasual Douglas is leaving. And how about trading Elam for a bag of footballs and a case of Molson.
  10. They should still try and work out a heavy incentive laden deal (ex: games played, sacks)
  11. Insert Kevyn Adams’ “We will improve by internal development.”
  12. I think it would be fun to be able to make these decisions with someone else’s money.
  13. Martin was tied for 19th in average. Bojorquez was actually 8th in average and 3rd in punts inside the 20 this past season. In20 of course is relative because he had the most punts.
  14. He has been semi like Gabe Davis with a lot of games with like 3 receptions for 30 yards interspersed between big games. Still, I would make a bid for him. He can be a difference maker with Josh.
  15. But I think the training staff needs to train these guys to use their off hand.
  16. Are they going to focus on wrist strengthening? We had an awful lot of wrist injuries last season. We could also try and talk JJ Watt out of retirement.
  17. Possibly New Orleans with buddy Derek Carr. Actually , I don’t think he fits Bills culture. I recall an interview last season where he said something like he didn’t care if his team won or lost as long as he could contribute. Reading between the lines, did that mean that as long as he got his stats, he was happy?
  18. Also remember that Curtis Samuel ran a 4.31. There’s also being able to use that speed effectively as an NFL WR.
  19. Beane does it just about in every draft. I can just see it on Embedded again. He likes someone, is hyper, panics and moves up to pick a guy they think will be a good pass rusher. Meanwhile, the experts like Kierlien on NFL.COM say the player could be a good backup but doesn’t have the quickness or frame to be a good pass rusher in the NFL. Rinse, repeat. As some of our fellow board members like to point out, the only first round draftee by Beane that was a major hit is our MVP Josh Allen.
  20. In a development season with few wins, they upset the Toledo Rockets (is there an aerospace company in Toledo?) , who are one of the better teams in the MAC. So, how long before Bryson Wilson enters the transfer portal?
  21. McLaurin is a deep threat. Why would they move him inside? Deebo is more of a slot receiver who gets handoffs, tosses behind the LOS and other short tosses, then uses his quickness, size and strength to gain yardage.
  22. So, what is this talk about the Bills having “informal” meetings with players? What’s the difference?
  23. Would anyone who watches these games even notice a difference in quality of play? Now, where did I put my cleats?
  24. I just flashed back to Mario’s red contacts. Bad things, man!
