Some people are cut out to be successful in coaching at the pro ranks...some are not. Jauron is not. This team just reeks of being dysfunctional.

Here's the dealio... I saw this Tom the Cable Guy on tv back in the spring...interviewed probably on ESPN...to me he came across as unstable...unstable personality, smarmy attitude...seemed to give off the vibe of someone who would probably threaten someone...he's a perfect fit for the Raiders.
