go to the Democrat and Chronicle Web site and look for pictures from the game yesterday...specifically picture #57. Don't see too many angry fans, more people smiling really... that's a good thing.
what part of the past decade of local NFL football do people have difficulty comprehending?
don't take my response as me mocking the "seven stages of grief" ... but the offensive coordinator is canned just before the start of the season and the team sends a starting offensive tackle out the door. these are decisions made in the spring, not late August. Bills, yet again only have themselves to blame for their idiocy. ...Decade of Fail indeed.
the game was soldout ticket wise... and probably has been for several months... doesn't mean you're going to see 73,000+ each week. you can bet you'll be hard pressed to see 50,000+ in the remaining home games... well, maybe Miami will be 60,000+.
I figured as much...at the beginning, in the visitors upperdeck, it was the 2nd section from the end on the scoreboard side... you could count on two hands how many people were in that section...that thing was vacant.
There were two huge section gaps on the visiting side upper deck at the beginning of the game and plenty of gaps in the red seats... for those at the game, did those ever fill in?
people are dumb enough to vote for hope...can't put it past them to go to a football game... no one is saying don't go... but if you consider value for the dollar, well...
