Tell me Bill Belicick's 5 year record with Cleveland? Rep on him at the time, great coordinator, over matched as a head coach.
This has been mentioned too many times now. Belichick does not equal Jauron.
Well there were at least two occasions here tonight where people talked about Belichick sux0ring in Cleveland and turning things around. So, obviously Jauron should end up doing the same.
And on the other hand, friends with Marv or not.....poor bastard doesn't know what he's getting himself into.
Who is on the schedule this year?
No, Jauron is the next Belichick. Jauron has just not had a fair shake, he is on his 2nd team, which means he will turn into the next NFL coaching legend. Gregg Williams was supposed to be the next Lombardi.
What was Mularkey supposed to be?
Yeah, Williams had that rolodex with the name of every coach in football that ever existed. THAT sold some of the fanbase.....this is the next Lombardi. And now, I am grateful to know that Jauron will be the next Belichick.
Williams? When he unveiled his rolodex and brought the megaphone to camp, he had the kool-aid krew here drooling, if not releasing liquids from other orifices.
LOL, he doesn't care?
ESPN Radio: "Takeo, the sage defensive guru Richard H. Jauroni has been hired as the new Bills coach.....your take?"
Takeo: "Ehhhhhhh, fug it, I don't care, gotta go lift weights."
At least there is Gas-X in the house, but I might have to upgrade.
I just see Jargon here for 3 years.....putzing around about 6-10, 8-8.....maybe flirt with one playoff chance like Mularkey. Everything I ever heard from Bears fans was how happy they were that Jauron was shown the door.
I have said it for years here......this franchise is stuck in the mud.....and they are still stuck in the mud, mediocre, spinning their wheels.
Poor bastard doesn't know what he is getting into.
Are you guys sure that Jargon wasn't hired as d-coordinator???
I think dinner is about to splash onto the porcelain goddess.
Decent coordinator but sh***y head coach. This team just crapped the bed again. Jauron will be around for one year more than Mugsy Mularkey.
Is there still a puke graemlin?
I believe that is Atlanta
Proof
Some of the buildings look the same. Atlanta does have a mid-town and downtown section with office buildings. Aren't most of Philadelphia's office buildings located in one rather specific location?
I couldn't agree more with your take. There are some billionaires in the area. Take advantage of it. I would guess Jacobs wouldn't cry too much about selling the Broonz away to some local New England magnate if he could land a Buffalo team. NOT that I think Jacobs would be the kind of owner I would like to see, but he is pretty loyal to Buffalo. He gave Bettman an earful and a half with the Sabres problems a few years back.... ie don't move the team or else.
I also like the idea of making Richie Rich Stadium stand the test of time. Renovate the Eff out of that Effer. The new Rockpile. We don't need one of these new stadiums. So many of them look the same. Keep our classic old, oval-shaped, football-only stadium going.
