actually lynch is a great compliment to the two running backs they have. Neither weaver or mccoy are every down backs at this point and an in shape Lynch clearly is .Edwards would be a great backup for kolb .

lynch .edwards and a third For those who don't want to get involved witha 34 year qb. Think about how low this teams has slipped in the minds of Nfl people that some coaches are declining to be interviewed. A couple of 10-6 seasons would change some of that .

grabbing Mcnabb would be a Russ Brandon move, sell those tickets. That said it would be a huge upgrade and after this coaching search they will clearly have to do something to excite the fans

I think you are a liitle higher on the incoming qb class then most. Will see what comes from the all star games , the combine and more film viewing but at this point this is not great qb class

I agree, The bills seem to find solid hard working players in mid to late rounds . The problem is the first round , we have no players that are at the top of their position . If you can get a top notch left tackle then do it .

I am starting to think about moving up to get Okung, If Buddy signs off , lets get the guy that fills are biggest need and move on.

It might night matter because he is the only one who seems interested . I say left tackle , move up if we can get okung. Put the line , then fill as many holes as we can and then next offseason can be all about the q.b position . Trade for onel or trade up in the draft to get the one you realy want. if McNabb is made available . Lynch,edwards and maybe 3 in 2010 and a conditional pickk in 11 , 3 or 4 should get it done. The good news the Ealges do not liek first round picks they usually move down or trade away. Yes I think they might like edwards to back up kolb. That said you have to figure that McNabb will want to get paid . I don't know what the cost would be but I think he would be looking at north of 10 million per year for 3 or 4 years . if we are going by the assumption that Buddy has had a lot of imput on players added this last year, you have to think that he puched for Brohm . Unless something unexpected happens , (mcnabb or a Cutler situation pops up this year) we will be looking at the same guys we have now.

I will say this , Mel Kiper has him tagged for round 2 or 3. I will also give you this it is hard to evaluate anyone based on what we see , there were so many probems with the line with out looking play by play, position by position it is hard to tell were the many breakdowns started. That said if we could add a top flight ,( draft or free agent ), left tackle there seems to be a lot a pieces that can be useful . L.t. levitre, wood, hangartner or incognito and butler as starters and Bell , medith , hargartner/incongnito loser as reserves/development guys . At least you can see light at the end of the tunnel, now if we could just find a quaterback

While I am not a big fan of the Tampa two. You make a good point. In addition ,considering all of the obstalces facing teams this off season reworking two untis would seem impossible. I would also add that you can play a 43 in many variations and, wait for it with players that do not all weigh 220 pounds. In fact teams playing the 3 4 are complaining becasue they are having problems finidng players to fit their system .
