  1. This could be better for the Jets in the long run. Rodgers was done anyway. They were stupid to give up what they did for him, at his age. Wilson is not without talent and this might be the chance he needed. He wasn’t going to get this chance with AR there.
  2. Yeah, wonder what a 60 would look like
  3. If Josh has a lot more games like Monday, Dorsey will not be the only sacrificial lamb.
  4. Bro, that was FAR from the most “concerning” play from JA on Monday night. It probably doesn’t even crack the top 10 for me. I mean, the guy was seeing ghosts…
  5. Unfortunately, we’re now into the season, so there isn’t a lot of time for a major overhaul if it’s something more than just “impatience” or “trying too hard”.
  6. Josh was pretty bad in the Miami playoff game, too. Unfortunately, this is becoming a trend. They call it the hardest position in sports for good reason. The mental aspect of the position is at least as important as the physical. Unfortunately, we have examples of guys who were at the top of the heap lose “it” pretty quickly for whatever reason: Russell Wilson, Carson Wentz, probably Deshaun Watson. Let’s hope this is just a rough stretch and not part of a long-term decline. I’d be really interested to hear some opinions from former NFL QBs like Dilfer, Simms, etc…
  7. I’ll be shocked if AR plays again. As anyone who plays much pickup basketball knows, guys over 40 tend to blow out their Achilles on a regular basis when they play sports that require running, stopping, jumping, etc
  8. Cook is not THE problem, but he is definitely upgradeable…he is not cut out to be a team’s primary running back.
  9. Sometimes it’s better to hold things back; once something has been released publicly, the party who released it usually loses leverage if settlement is this goal.
  10. We'll have to see if there is a recording. Nowadays, when someone quotes specific language in a lawsuit, there is frequently a recording to back it up.
  11. Allen looks exactly like a raw rookie, not a franchise QB going into his sixth season…bailing the pocket at the first sign of trouble, forcing the ball to blanketed receivers, not seeing open guys…this s**t needs to get figured out in a hurry.
  12. The Bills own the most precious asset in the sport: A bona fide franchise quarterback. The organization needs to do everything in its power to maximize that advantage and they should be judged based how well they do it. This coaching staff deserves about a D-, maybe a flat out F since they have allowed JA to regress. Time’s a wasting; we should have moved on from these guys 8 months ago.
  13. Dalton Kincaid is already better than Dawson Knox. That’s good, I guess.
  14. No, the Steelers game was not even close. That was a talentless team that was going nowhere. This team has (had) Super Bowl aspirations and we’re watching our long-awaited franchise QB unravel in the worst way on national TV. On the plus side, Dalton Kincaid is already better than Dawson Knox, and I saw him lay some nice blocks, too.
  15. Cook should never, under any circumstances, be asked to run between the tackles. An o-lineman’s fart could knock him on his ass…
  16. If Dorsey has to be sacrificed, so be it. He’ll be coaching HS in a year or two.
  17. Something has happened to Josh. He runs like a jackrabbit at the merest sign of pressure in the pocket. Almost like he has PTSD.
  18. Unfortunately, you won’t get to see him play against the Bills run defense.
  19. He can never be your primary back…really just a third down back, but his unwillingness to pass block makes even that questionable
  20. It is a worthy argument, but I think this is worse, for reasons I’m too tired to get into right now.
  21. Funny, I just posted this. The answer is, no, never. The next yard Cook gains after contact will be his first.
  22. By the way, has Cook ever gained a yard after contact? Even one yard?
