  1. As of now, we have an offense that can't score enough points to beat good teams, no matter how good our defense is, and we aren't going to replace the QB. Adding one WR is not enough.
  2. Why the f**k would he say hello to me? I've never even met him.
  3. In other words, before Mekhi Becton beat him in the 40.
  4. Great. More 16-13 games coming up. Hope we get a good kicker.
  5. Great. A Shaq Lawson clone
  6. And I’ll vomit in a bad way if we take a defensive player
  7. Mims, Mims, Mims, ....
  8. They know how to pick WRs
  9. We aren’t taking a defensive tackle
  10. That makes more sense. I’m not sure why the OP decided to throw Dalton into the mix.
  11. No one is talking about a “trade up”.
  12. No one is talking about moving up. The discussion is about trading next year’s first for an early second this year.
  13. Why not? According to some reports, this is the deepest second round in a long time--20 or more players with first-round grades available. Wouldn't you rather have your pick of those guys--and have him in uniform for 2020--than have to wait for 2021, for a pick that will probably be at the tail end of the first round? The Bills could pick up two guys in this year's second round who would help the team immediately. It's not an idea that should be dismissed out of hand.
  14. Why? I think he’d be a great pick at 54.
  15. Darrell Revis, but he was not taken in the top 5.
  16. You're not making sense. Why is it better to add one new starter this year and one next year, than two new starters this year? And why is it likely they will add a starter this year with pick 54, but not one with their second round pick next year?
  17. I don't think he's talking about trading 54 and next year's first for #38. He's talking about next years first for 38, and keeping 54 this year. That's a fair trade. I'm just not sure any teams picking early second this year would do it.
  18. But under the scenario posed by the OP, they are keeping 54 and trading next year's first for an early second this year. So theoretically, they are adding two starters this year.
  19. A first next year is the going rate for a second this year.
  20. He’s not talking about moving up. I think he’s talking about keeping 54 and buying one of the first 5 picks this afternoon. That’s a fair trade.
  21. OK. But what's wrong with adding an another starter this year? How do you think that would work?
