    Well, Gruden did last six plus seasons, which is about 4 more than he deserved. Hard to criticize Snyder for impatience in this case. The mystery is why he wasn’t fired in the off-season.

    I know we haven't exactly been lighting up the scoreboard, but we did just face two of the best defenses in the league, including today's game on the road. I also expect our offense will get better as the season goes on. Allen is still learning, the O-line will gel, and Singletary will make a difference.

    I actually think we can beat the Chiefs. I think McDermott would figure out a way to slow down their offense and shorten the game. And we can definitely score on them. As we saw last year, when they get punched in the mouth and Mahomes can freely throw to guys who are college open, they are vulnerable. I think Indy's going to give them a hard time.

    Totally agree. This guy has really grown as a coach. I no longer go into games hoping he doesn’t cost us. He’s one of the better coaches in the league now.

    I used to think he was a good coach, but that was inexcusable.

    Everyone is going to talk about how a kicker cost the Titans the game, but Vrabel should be fired for attempting a 53-yard FG in that situation. He was badly outcoached by McDermott, and I don’t say that lightly.
