I think the Chiefs are in trouble. They have a hard game at Denver Thursday night, and if they lose that one, they could spiral. Their schedule then gets even tougher.
I agree with this ranking, but NO probably sneaks into top 3 when Brees comes back. And I wouldnt be surprised to see Seattle come out of the NFC, either.
The Chiefs just lost two games in a row on their home field. And we have a much better defense than either of those teams they lost to. I think NE is going to destroy them.
I know anything can happen, but it's hard to see the Dolphins scoring more than 7 points, absent a freakish pick six or a blocked punt. I can't see a scenario where we don't win this game. A great defense doesn't go into a slump against a team like the fish.
It's not a stretch to say we're the second best team in the AFC right now. I can't think of a team other than NE that we wouldn't beat on a neutral field.
I hate to tell you, but that cliche is not a thing for fans.
As I said in another thread: Mahomes is really missing having a RB like Kareem Hunt. It showed up last year in the AFCC game and it's becoming more obvious now. They are one dimensional.
I think there are a lot of really good defenses right now, too. NE, Bills, SF and Chicago are elite defenses and NO, GB, Jax, Minn and a few others are very good, too.
But under the old rules no one ever missed; it was just a waste of time. And under the new rules there is greater incentive to go for two, even though few coaches actually do.
Oh, OK. The evidence so far is that you are wrong. Anything to offer other than your “eyeball test” (assuming you’ve actually seen him play this year)?
The OP watches actual game tape and provides meaningful analysis of said tape, concluding that Rosen is actually playing pretty well, under very difficult circumstances. And that’s your response.
Just go away.
