  1. Hopefully we’ve heard the last of the idiotic ESPN talking heads comparing Lamar to Josh Allen.
  2. I'm told Von Miller is a future Hall of Famer...maybe we can get something for him...
  3. Not really…the Bills’ history with that sort of move is truly awful, and is still being felt today.
  4. I can almost guarantee that Beane will trade up...probably only a few picks perhaps to 25 or 26, but he simply can't resist. And we're picking in a place where the WRs are really going to be coming off the board fast. KC will definitely be looking to move up...
  5. I really don’t understand why Trevor Lawrence is showing up on so many peoples’ lists. He’s done nothing to merit top 10 inclusion. Allen Mahomes Burrow Jackson Stafford Stroud Goff Prescott Herbert Love Purdy Tua Hurts Murray Lawrence
  6. Richly deserved...guy is a bum.
  7. Some people were saying Lil’ Ed was that guy…
  8. KC's d-line didn't touch Allen, either. The officials decided to allow holding on the o-line. Go figure.
  9. We can count on KC aggressively going after a WR early in this draft. They won’t trot out this same crew again next year.
  10. Agreed. It’s a deep WR draft, but there are a LOT of teams who are WR-needy and they are going to come off the board fast. I do see the Bills taking a WR, but with a trade up into the 20-24 range to avoid losing out, like we did last year with Addison and Flowers…at this point, it’s anyone’s guess who Beane will target, but Troy Franklin makes an awful lot of sense.
  11. I’m not sure what you mean. I’d say we had a top 5 offensive line this year. Certainly the best one I can remember since the Super Bowl years…all five starters started every game, as well…virtually unheard of.
  12. Yeah, Allen wasn’t pressured much either. Not even close to being sacked, really.
  13. If McDermott were fired, would anyone hire him as HC? I would imagine the Panthers might give him a look, but I can’t think of anyone else.
  14. We don't even have any idea what we have in Shorter, the WR we drafted in the fifth round instead of Nacua...
  15. This reflects the prevailing wisdom in the national media regarding the Bills...we might not like it, but it's hard to refute it: "Josh Allen is amazing but the team around him is not good enough." Last night was Exhibit A for that argument.
  16. Why does McDermott necessarily get another year? Nick Siriani, less than 12 months removed from a Super Bowl appearance, is on thin ice in Philly. Why is it inconceivable that McDermott gets canned after four straight years of failing to capitalize on the most dynamic QB in the league--maybe even in league history?
  17. To me, the most discouraging part of the game is that the Bills had everything go their way in this game. The game was in Orchard Park, the Bills recovered three of their own fumbles, the Chiefs fumbled the ball through the end zone on a play that should have put them up two scores, and we literally got every possible call from the refs, including a few that could have been overturned but stayed in the Bills favor. And of course, this was the most vulnerable Chiefs team we’re ever likely to see. I guarantee they won’t go into another season with a receiving corps like this one. And yet with all these things going our way, we still lose to the Chiefs. If we bring back this staff, what is going to change to turn this in the Bills’ favor? Hell, how are we even going to beat the Bengals? I just don’t see it. Gotta move on from this coaching staff.
  18. And yet our receivers are better than the Chiefs’ WRs…so there is more going on here. Our whole offensive scheme is inferior to theirs…
  19. I agree. I hated the fact that all season long, and tonight, we never took advantage of second and short. Every single time we ran it to pick up a first down instead of taking a shot downfield once in a while. And I hated the way Brady turned Josh Allen into a game-manager in the second half tonight.
  20. He’s had his chance. Time to move on. Not super interested in seeing Brady back either.
