  1. I think Brieda would be the one cut.
  2. Is Stevenson on IR right now?
  3. I think they’re probably just salivating about Josh having a 4.2 40 guy to throw to.
  4. You don’t expect Aikman to know anything about analytics, do you?
  5. That makes no sense. Their chance of converting the deuce is just as good now as it is later. So why not get it now?
  6. Aikman: dumbest guy in the room, again.
  7. Because they want to win?
  8. Jail break every single play
  9. That’s a hell of a play by Hurts.
  10. Good lord. Officiating is the absolute worst thing about the NFL. Just wait for the phantom dpi next time Brady’s got a 3d and 10.
  11. Reminds me of a lot of Bills games during the drought. Defense plays its heart out for a half or so, but just can’t hang on after having to go back out there again and again, after endless 3-and-outs.
  12. In fairness, he’s had some good games. He looks absolutely hopeless tonight, though. Eagles’ defense is about to give up the ghost. They can’t hold on much longer.
  13. No it’s not
  14. This game is more proof that there are two kinds of teams in this league: the ones that have a Quarterback and the ones that don’t. And the latter type is rarely going to beat the former.
  15. The Bucs have no healthy DBs left; how is it possible that there’s no one to throw to? Hurts has Carson Wentz disease. Maddening, isn’t it?
  16. No PI, I guess
  17. That's not the way it works. If Milano can play, he'll play Monday night.
  18. Every team has injuries every week. The Titans' injury list this week doesn't look much better...Jones questionable, dupree questionable, saffold questionable, fuller questionable, punter is out, etc...And of course the Jets had plenty of injuries that week too. Fortunately, very few TSW contributors will be suiting up for the Bills Monday night...
  19. They. Lost. To. The. Jets.
  20. Wait, I read here that Gruden just up and resigned…so he was actually forced to resign?
  21. It's anything but easy. I'm not sure what sort of contract (if any) governs the conduct of team owners, but I'm pretty sure a lawsuit to force Snyder to sell would be extremely risky. Danny Boy doesn't seem like the kind of guy who will go quietly and he's likely to be around for decades to come.
  22. The NFL has fared poorly in its lawsuits against club owners. They are going to tread very, very carefully in dealing with Snyder and the WFT organization.
  23. As I said above, it's highly unlikely that Gruden just walked into Davis's office and said "I quit." There was undoubtedly a negotiation. I have not seen Gruden's contract, but it's unlikely that emails Gruden sent 10 years ago as a private citizen would have given Davis a clear-cut basis to terminate him for cause. Hence, Gruden probably had significant leverage in the negotiations and probably walked away with a nice "severance package."
