    Why do you think the commissioner decides? I’m pretty sure it would be decided by an arbitrator. That’s true, but in most employment agreements, termination with cause is a very high bar that probably would not be met here. But we don’t know all the facts, either…

    Highly unlikely the team will prevail…this seems like a move designed to give them some leverage to negotiate a lower buyout.

    I hate the fade in that situation, no matter who you're throwing it to, but to throw it to a guy who's 5'10" is particularly unforgivable.
