  1. Now that is true…
  2. I think the topic here is the Bills’ defense’s ability to stop (or even slow down) good offenses in the playoffs. Last January’s result is arguably more relevant than the one this November, especially given the history between these two teams. And yes, the Chiefs’ offense this year has been at best average.
  3. Literally everything went the Bills’ way…got every big call from the refs, plus Hardman’s fumble through the end zone, which would have put the game out of reach…and still lost.
  4. The Chiefs trampled our defense in the home playoff game last year….8 yards per play!
  5. So you don't think familiarity with the scheme plays any role? I think it has a lot to do with the Bills' ability to pretty much shut down the Dolphins, for example.
  6. The Niners play them twice a year, every year.
  7. The Rams have a very good chance to win the NFCW. They are half game back of the Seahawks (who have a tougher finishing schedule) and end the season vs Seahawks, who they’ve already beaten, in LA.
  8. Week to week league. Division game, on the road, in bad weather. The Niners know the Rams’ offense like the back of their hand. The Rams look good and could be dangerous in the playoffs. And the Niners were absolutely desperate…they are pretty much eliminated now.
  9. An all-time NFL record for rookie receivers...
  10. Unfortunately, our defense might also have to defend such plays by the other team.
  11. I'm not a fan of these overseas games, but Berlin is an awesome city...if the Bills were in this game, it would be a great roadtrip...highly recommended.
  12. Misleading title. I don’t think UNC has agreed to his terms yet.
  13. Bills only +1.5…must be a reflection of Detroit’s injuries and fact that they’ve looked vulnerable the last two weeks.
  14. It’s interesting…the Bengals have exactly what everyone here says the Bills need to get over the top: a franchise QB accompanied by a bunch of “difference makers”…Jamar Chase (the ultimate no. 1 receiver), Tee Higgins (the best WR2 in the league), and Trey Henrickson (better than any Bills’ pass rusher since Bruce Smith)…and yet they’re out of the playoffs for the second year in a row.
  15. Crazy that the Bengals are 4-8.
  16. I think Nacua might actually be that good…and Stafford was near-perfect (albeit with no pass rush to worry about)…
  17. I think he was just trolling…no one with half a brain could have thought this was a “rebuilding year”.
  18. Nevertheless, it still makes sense. If you convert two of four you're no worse off and if you convert three or four...
  19. Funny, I was going to post this same thing...I'm not sure it would have been the way to go, but it should at least have been a consideration and I'm confident that the thought never crossed McDermott's baffled mind. I wonder if the Bills even have a batch of two-point plays ready for such situations. League-wide, I think two-point plays have just under a 50% success rate, but with Josh Allen, you would think the Bills' chances would be significantly higher.
  20. This could be a letdown game for Detroit…coming off two division games that both went down to the wire. Lions only -2.5…looks like another instant classic to me…
  21. I’m pretty sure he’s just trolling…
  22. No, it was not, and no, they didn’t.
  23. Here’s the reality…if not for Josh Allen, by now McDermott would be a defensive back coach somewhere…there are literally dozens of head coaches who could have accomplished what he has to this point with a QB like Josh Allen.
  24. Let’s be real…it was a huge blunder, but if we gave the Rams the ball back with a minute left and all our time outs, they would have just run the jet sweep to Nacua for a first down or found him wide open on play action with the Bills selling out to stop the run. We did not stop them the whole game and McVey would have schemed something up to get a first down and end the game.
