  1. Then why say it’s a “bad look” when you have absolutely no idea?
  2. Well that sucks. Local Portland CBS affiliate is now saying we get Dolphins-Chargers instead of Bills-Cards...🤮
  3. As I said, they had other priorities and QB was probably their position of least need at that time. They only had 40 players on the roster and had holes everywhere, except QB.
  4. How about Hyde/Poyer? These guys have been arguably the best safety combo in the league since they arrived as bargain free agents three and a half years ago.
  5. It’s amazing how overlooked Hughes has been here. The Bills got him for practically nothing, and he’s been by far the team’s best pass rusher since he walked in the door—and for much of that time he was our ONLY pass rusher. Hell, seven years later, he’s still our second best defensive player... Not just any third round pick—the FIRST pick in the third round. Amazing...
  6. The Pats liked Brady a lot, but the team was a mess and they already had Bledsoe and two other QBs in the roster. Brady was a part time starter at Michigan and he had an awful combine—showed up in poor shape and ran one of the slowest 40 times ever for a qb. The fact that they picked him at all (with a comp pick, of course) is a miracle and was a damn good job of scouting...
  7. It’s idiotic. I have no idea how it’s “fun”. Usually threads this silly occur only in the off-season...
  8. What would it take to start a dumber thread than this one?
  9. But how meaningful is that when most of the players near the ball ignored it because the whistle had blown and it was clearly an incompletion?
  10. But the whistle had clearly blown and the players on the field assumed it was an incompletion and just ignored the ball. Calling that a Ravens’ recovery is insane. But that seems to be what they did..
  11. Of course it wasn’t an int, but on top of that, even if it was, Peters fumbled it and I’m sure the whistle blew, so how do they give the ball to the Ravens?
  12. Does anyone else think having John Brown heathy is one of the keys to this offense’s success? This is the first time Brown seemed healthy in about a month and he was making plays everywhere...
  13. I was waiting for some troll to start a new thread here with the title "Allen suffers dislocated ankle"...
  14. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a team this ravaged by injuries. Absolutely staggering.
  15. And even if they decided it wasn't the time to draft Manning's successor, they could have reaped a huge windfall by making the trade Indy made, dropping back a few slots, getting 3 second round picks and still landing a blue chip player with their first round pick. As I said, a fire-able offense the second the card was turned in.
  16. Gettleman should have been fired the second he used the number 2 overall pick on a RB in a highly regarded QB draft. That pick could have yielded a treasure trove of draft capital, and he just flat out squandered it.
  17. He was a very risky and unwise pick. I’d much rather have him in the division than Herbert or Burrow.
  18. One of the great things about this country is that when you see a line you think is ridiculous, instead of just posting about it on a message board, you can actually use it as an opportunity to enrich yourself at the expense of those myopic oddsmakers...Please report back.
  19. Washington has not exactly thrived since letting Cousins go. They have had horrific QB play ever since...
  20. I respect Simms’s opinion a lot, but he’s not great at picking NFL winners week-to-week.
