    Yep…a blockbuster deal for someone like Wilson is just not the Steeler Way…and as you said, they don’t have a Super Bowl roster right now. They squandered their first round pick last year and they have a lot of work to do.

    I agree, except I don’t think anyone will trade more than two firsts for R Wilson at this point. And it definitely won’t be the Jets. They are not moving on from Zack Wilson.

    He’s under contract through 2022. there’s no way he is going to agree to go to Pittsburgh and Pittsburgh does have the draft picks to make it happen. It’s just not how that franchise operates…

    Oh really? Who are the “good QB candidates” who are going to go there? They are probably going to have to draft and develop someone, just like most other teams….

    What are the Steelers’ QB options in 2022 that are better than Big Ben? If they get rid of him, there’s every chance that they’ll be next year’s N.O. Saints.

    He hasn’t been great, but he’s been far from terrible this year. The Steelers just aren’t a real good team

    The Globe is slow to realize that the Patriots just aren’t that good. They lost to two superior teams.

    Those Toronto games were truly a low point for this franchise…we’ve come a long way, I think.

    Given that Stafford played for the Lions at that time, we can safely assume that a hefty percentage of those yards and TDs happened in garbage time. Yep, a classic “run for the bus” situation.

    The Jets game worries me more than the Falcons. The Falcons blow. The Jets aren’t good but there’s a much better chance that they will come out and play hard against the Bills, their division rival…pretty sure this will be a “run for the bus” game for ATL….

    Jones was also a two-year starter at Alabama, essentially playing with and against NFL players every week…Josh played two years at Wyoming, with and against guys who were barely recruited out of HS…of course he’s going to have a huge adjustment moving to the NFL…
