We gave up one first round pick for Bledsoe and he had a couple good seasons in Buffalo before he hit the wall. The Broncos literally mortgaged their future for a guy who hit the wall a year ago.
There’s a difference between a battle of great defenses and a game involving washed-up quarterbacks. The former can be exciting (like the Homerun Throwback game) and the latter just sucks.
Bilgewater is awful…on his best day he sucks—no arm strength, no mobility, nothing to keep a defense honest. I don’t see any way the fish win a single game with him.

I disagree. The Bills' kryptonite, if it still exists, is a team with a top tier passing attack and a defense that can get after the passer. I can't see the 49ers scoring enough points to keep up with the Bills.
