  1. Anyone know what the current betting line is, now that Tua is definitely out?
  2. So? What's wrong with people here hoping he plays? Do you think it will influence his or the Bills' decision?
  3. Why's that? What's wrong with some fans on a message board expecting Hyde to play at some point this year?
  4. Broken pinky. He'll suit up, but probably won't start. Oh, and he's a bad quarterback.
  5. Yeah, that was a god-awful trade...they threw the Broncos a life-line.
  6. The Colts did not have a choice. The venue was already booked.
  7. It is an interesting idea, and I’m sure the NFL is considering it. It’s a way to guarantee that the games are played in good weather, which matters when you’re a passing league and you’ve pushed your season deep into January. But you’d have wait every year to announce the venues to make sure that teams like Miami and Arizona don’t get an undeserved home field advantage.
  8. Like I said, it's not as good as an actual bye, but the bodies of players on both teams were spared about 50 minutes of high-intensity NFL football. That's worth something.
  9. I get it; it’s better to only have to win two games to get to the Super Bowl, but the Bengals and Bills did have a mini bye, saving themselves some wear and tear.
  10. What's the advantage of extending Burrow or Herbert this offseason instead of next? Locking in your price now? And since Hurts wasn't a first round pick, isn't he only on a four-year deal?
  11. The Bills and Bengals played 7/8ths of a game less, so...
  12. How will that help Justin Fields? And at any rate, the Bears still could get Anderson with the 4th pick…
  13. Cincinnati and LA are going to make Burrow and Herbert near-billionaires this offseason, so no, it's not the end of the QB mega-deal. I think what should be endangered though, are deals where teams trade massive draft capital and a give a huge new contract to a QB that another franchise did not want to extend. (Lamar Jackson?)
  14. Maybe, but that would be dumb. Chicago needs a ton of help on both sides of the ball and a massive haul of picks in the next two drafts is just what the doctor ordered.
  15. Indy certainly would seem to have the inside track, but maybe they would be happy with whoever falls to 4…
  16. The no. 1 pick will be moved. Indy, Carolina or Atlanta could come up with a good enough package, and Chicago desperately needs talent on both sides of the ball. I would think Washington could try to move up too.
  17. Chicago is an awful alternative...no one in their right mind wants to see an AFC Championship game played in crappy weather conditions if it can be avoided, and in this case, it can easily be avoided.
  18. And I can guarantee that the players--to a man--do not want to play an outdoor game in the Northeast or upper Midwest in January when a warm-weather or dome option exists.
  19. My point is that the Dolphins are going anywhere this year no matter who plays QB, so they might as well keep Tua on the bench.
  20. I think Bills -7 is the line if Tua plays; probably -11.5 or more if he’s definitely out.
  21. Makes no sense to play Tua. Even if they pull the miracle upset in Buffalo, they’d have to play in KC the next week. Not worth it.
  22. Bills -7.5 line suggests Tua is expected to play. If Skylar Thompson is starting, Bills are at least -11.5…
