  1. Well, they've certainly put themselves in a very good position to get a QB...now they just have to pick the right one...
  2. Because he's old and no longer very good. He was the Chargers' WR 1 last year and they suffered because of it. They had a dink and dunk offense that scared absolutely no one and the fact that Keneen Allen was their best receiver was a big part of that. The fact that the Chargers dealt him for a fourth round pick should tell you something... I agree, but they've made some good moves recently, like picking up Carolina's first round pick and the trade for Montez Sweat...
  3. They seem to be getting smarter...
  4. Keenan Allen is barely a WR 2 right now. I guarantee the Bears draft a receiver on day 1 or day 2 who will supplant him this year or next.
  5. Why wouldn't I care about age? The issue is "which receiver would you rather have right now" because that's the decision any team wanting to sign Aiyuk has to ask, not "Who has had the more impressive career accomplishments?". No GM would take K Allen, Evans, Diggs, Adams or Kupp over Aiyuk right now and that's probably also true regarding Nakua, Olave and Wilson, even though they are really good young players. Tee Higgins is a pretty good comp, but Aiyuk is more explosive and just had a much better year than Higgins, who has been somewhat injury-prone. Aiyuk is about to sign a top four or five WR contract, that's for sure.
  6. Give me a break...Nakua's played one year in the league and Kupp has had two down years in row. Keenan Allen wouldn't even sniff the top 20 at this point in his career and Diggs, Evans, and Adams are all over 30 and noticeably in decline, although all can still play...Olave is a good player, but there's absolutely no reason to think he's better than Aiyuk at this point in his career.
  7. Wilson's definitely got potential, but he hasn't accomplished nearly as much as Aiyuk to this point in his career.
  8. I'll give you Lamb, but given their ages, no one would prefer Evans, Adams or Diggs to Aiyuk right now... I'd rather have Aiyuk than St Brown or McLaurin; he's much more explosive than those guys. Aiyuk has gotten better every year and just had a monster season at age 25...
  9. The only ones I can name who are definitely better than Aiyuk are Jefferson, Chase, Hill...maybe AJ Brown...maybe I'm forgetting a few, but that's about it. I'm all ears...who are the WRs in the NFL who are definitely better than Aiyuk?
  10. I can only name three or four WRs in the league who are definitely better than Aiyuk...he's absolutely top 10...Go ahead and try to name 14 WRs who are better....
  11. No, they can’t. Not in advance. Perhaps at certain position groups they have an idea, but not the class as a whole, especially when you’re talking about a bunch of day 3 guys.
  12. This is utter nonsense. Draftniks say this kind of crap every year…they absolutely love to s**t on every draft class. It’s just like the people who have “only fifteen players with first-round grades” year after year, which just means their “scale” is broken…
  13. Coleman’s 40 time is about the same as Puka Nakua’s…it’s not a disqualifier…and I think Nakua is pretty good comp…both guys are bigger receivers who seem to go all-out all the time and love to catch the ball in traffic.
  14. The Bills just got out of paying Diggs big money in ‘25 and ‘26…they can afford Aiyuk, if they can somehow make room for his ‘24 salary.
  15. Aiyuk is absolutely a No. 1 WR. He’s a top ten WR in the league.
  16. Typically, such evidence would be presented to an appellate court…
  17. That is true, as I noted in a subsequent post, but a jury cannot make such a finding.
  18. That’s not why Diggs was traded
  19. Agreed…in order to recoup a third round pick, we’d have to drop back into the 40s, not just back to 33 or 35, like some are fantasizing…I know it’s hard to believe, but other NFL teams don’t necessarily want to help the Bills…
  20. Have we decided if it’s better or worse to have a first round pick (along with the 5th year option) vs an early second?
  21. That’s not what my eyes tell me…
  22. As I said above, I could envision a trade with Chicago because the Bears have only four picks in this draft and would likely be tempted by pick 60...that's really the only deal I could see with the Bills getting into the top 10...the problem is that I think other teams will also be targeting the Bears for a trade up...
  23. I guess Brady's just really tall...
  24. I agree. I think Chicago is the only real possibility. They do not have a second round pick, so pick 60 might tempt them (along with a first or second next year). The problem is, that regime is on the hot seat and if things don't go well this year, they might not have the opportunity to use next year's draft picks.
  25. Do you think the Jets will trade pick 10 to the Bills to let them draft Rome Odunze or Brian Thomas???🤣 Absolutely no one wants to trade Spencer Brown…
