The situation was begging for play-action, but twice in a row, Brady called inside runs, taking the ball out of the hands of Josh Allen, who had just torched the Ravens on the previous series. Against an explosive offense like the Ravens’, you just can’t afford a brain-dead possession like that one. Inexcusable.
