    Never liked him as a starting WR. Sure, he scored some BIG TDs for us and I’m grateful to him for this. But he’s a loper, doesn’t have any moves and poor hands. He had a heyday for himself in Buffalo but we’re wiser now and so is Jax.

    I realize we picked up Edmunds 5 th year and we’ll likely do the same with Kincaid, unless someone more appealing enters the picture. ‘Tremain’ him.

    I think he makes the roster, becomes a rotational starting DL and -back notwithstanding, has a good career.

    He’s simply lazy. But we’re stuck with him for at least 2 more years. I’m fairly certain we’ll ‘Tremain’ him, let him seek a new contract then waive goodbye. [see high comp pick]

    No merch was available then. If you saw a regular guy wearing a pro football jersey, he was gifted it by a player. It was truly a different time.

    Worth noting from this game, Duby broke his leg on that TD pass in the end zone. The next week, we lost Bass for the season as well. Eddie R would start and we traded for Bo Roberson from Oakland and still repeated as champs.

    Yes. It was common as he went by Jackie as a scrub in the NFL his first couple years. (Giants and Steelers)

    We played them in season opener in ‘69. Our cheerleaders unfolded a banner saying Congrats Jets! - before the game

    Perhaps the finest video from an AFL regular season game. Rookie Joe Namath’s 1st start as the Bills are on their way to a repeat title. Worth the watch’

    Truly one of my all time favorite games was our Home game vs the Jets in 1968. It would be our only victory of the season which availed us picking OJ Simpson #1 in the ‘69 Draft. Jets went on to upset the Colts in that years’ Super Bowl. Starts at 17 minute mark

    You can’t say that last part. Both teams scored on their opening Drive vs Cincy. Dying on the field isn’t an automatic loss.
