I doubt we win that game, if not for that penalty. He has 1 more year on his current contract. I’d love it if his last seasons were here, but we have huge contracts to dole out next year with Milano, Josh & Edmunds. Granted, Allen & Tremaine get a 5th year option, but that’ll be even more costly to consider.

5 new OL (they HAD to overhaul it!) doesn’t automatically mean they’ll suck even more than the bums they trotted out last year. We, too, put 5 new OL starters on the field last Opener and overcame enough procedure penalties and brain farts to beat them there. Jets are an easy team to mock. They’re a perennial Clown Car. But they’ve always had talent and pull off upsets every year.(Win = an upset) I don’t see the Bills getting caught looking past them and handling their business here. We MUST win games we’re expected to -especially Division games.

The only thing I see derailing a Jet thumping is referees. There’ve been none at any team facility this year, a handful of new rules and they’re more non-game ready than the players. We’re still the more complete team and should be able to overcome a rash of penalties, but it may make the game too close for comfort.
