  1. I do and lived lived in 14 States, working on major projects which brought people from all over. Yes, I’m sure many who flip the turnstiles @ the stadium are unaware. That’s WNY. I stand by my statement.
  2. This is precisely why every NFL fan knows the story behind the name. ‘Buffalo BILLS?? wth? Then, they look it up. They’ll see why, including pics of old programs.
  3. Wrong, on both counts. Football is hands down the nations’ favorite sport. The NFL is king. No one who follows the League doesn’t know who we’re named after. 2 more examples of the ‘whoa is me’ Buffalo syndrome. Now you’re talkin’! I’m a Robert and my brother is William. I hate Bill! BUFFALO BOBS! (Howdy Doody!)
  4. Cuz it’s my job. ?‍♂️
  5. Great idea! I wish I could..☹️
  6. Combine this with the scathing criticism he receives here, and you KNOW he sucks.
  7. Sure! That won’t offend any one -just Everyone. Senators has also been used by the city in past times. How ‘bout the Congress?
  8. Jesus Christ ?‍♂️! No, Einstein, it wouldn’t. And it WON’T be until a viable vaccine is found and globally distributed. Forget about 2020 and hope for ‘21. Masks/washing/distancing will only aide you from getting it or spreading it. Everything else is bunk.
  9. “The Ivy League made a big decision on Wednesday to play no sports in the fall, including football.“
  10. The dominos are falling https://www.tampabay.com/news/health/2020/07/09/acc-reportedly-wont-play-fall-sports-before-sept-1/
  11. Yep. I realize it isn’t ‘Bama vs Ohio State, but I enjoy Ivy League play. Try not to miss Harvard/Yale football game every year and their hockey programs are 1st rate. I'm skeert!
  12. Football, Basketball, Hockey and more. Earliest possible resumption is Jan. 1 but things have to be considerably better. ”The Ivy League might be the first Division I conference to call off fall sports, but it likely won't be the last.“ https://popculture.com/sports/news/ivy-league-rules-out-playing-fall-sports-covid-19-pandemic/ I fear its just the beginning.
  13. Children, please.. “Rich Stadium, Orchaaad Paak, Neuw Yawk!”
  14. That’s what they say about Eric Clapton.
  15. Didn’t they all just have a big group hug with the new collective bargaining agreement? I guess a pandemic changes everything.. I’m only half kidding. But I’m beginning to seriously believe football ain’t gonna happen this year -on ANY level.
  16. I did. An away one. (see previous page). The white home jerseys weren’t available last year as the Clippers didn’t wear them. Guess what I want for Xmas This year?
  17. Points well taken. If we have any leg up on many teams, it’s 3 years with McD, Beane & Co. Expanded rosters diminish that advantage.
  18. I got one for Xmas last year.
  19. Really? Quoting yourself to add fuel? Either you think too too much of yourself, or the rest of us don’t.
  20. Seeing this reminds me when a certain orange fella convinced cronies to sue the NFL for being a monopoly. He/they won -and were awarded $2. As such, the USFL folded and we poor, suffering Bills fans suddenly had the best shot to sign the Real Machine Gun Kelly. Sitting on the porch with my Dad, reading the Courier Express how he demanded an $8M contract, I was ecstatic screaming “Sign him! SIGN HIM!!” Typically grumpy Dad harrumphed “Nobody is worth that kinda money! Let him go to the Raiders for Draft picks!” Well, we know how that turned out. Granted, the $HalfB contact is staggering, but to fully see it, he has to be the starting QB of choice for KC for the next decade and meet incentives -likely win totals, playoffs, PBs etc. No organization whose team fails to make the playoffs for 3 or more straight seasons pays their QB that kind of scratch, so he’d be released. The nuts & bolts of the contract from what I’ve learned reading and listening to NFLR is that KC can get out of deal easily in 4 years. Its Great! -don’t get me wrong. But it doesn’t financially strap the team any more than any top tier QB.
  21. This, and now with just 2 PS games, rookies/UDFA’s have next to zero chance to prove themselves-or the players who currently hold the position to show necessary growth. But, this year is already so upside down and inside out, I have no clue what’s the best tactic moving forward. ?‍♂️
