I’ve been unafraid of this game all season, believing Pittsburgh is a Paper Tiger. -OK, not as good as advertised. What we did last season -blaring their ‘fight song’ during the weeklong practices- says we are a prepared team every week.

In This Covid-season and going forward, 2nd Place in Conference seedlings means very little. Only the top Conference team earns a bye. Yes, Division Champs get a Home playoff game, but after that, the seeding goes best vs least. For this season, anyway, the late Bye has helped the overall team health to date.

Imo, the “issue” with the running game is a gunslinger at QB. Ergo, RB’s are theatre props/illusions. Since this appears to be the way we’ll play offense for the next dozen years, I’d prefer a huge hoss & a scatback as a better pairing vs 2 scatbacks. Damn. Tough crowd. No yards are meaningless? You gain a couple yards while the clock takes time away from the opponent. It’s all relevant. Respect your Elders, Whippersnapper!
