  1. Interesting perspective. I’m not sure I buy it but I’m not sure of anything anymore. As Bills fans, we struggle every week to pinpoint what has happened to our once fine Defense. Certainly injuries have impacted the whole unit with no LBs or CBs who aren’t dealing with or overcoming an injury. But every week, we decide 1 or 2 players are specifically responsible for our ills and flame them to Hell. Now halfway through the season, no player has escaped our wrath. We blamed a lack of leadership, schemes, pass rush, coverage and run defense, but no one is able to pinpoint the overall rapid demise. The OP opined our DL players aren’t specialized in hand combat and not strong enough at the point of contact. All our guesses may be true and it may be that all aspects are partially to blame. That OL Holding Penalties are way down is undeniable, while holding is increasing by every drive in every game. If this philosophy continues into a non-pandemic future and isn’t a one-time thing to offset no Fanny’s in the seats, then yes, we need completely different players up front. It’s why we’re all clamoring to mortgage the teams future to add starting players before today’s trading deadline. I don’t see that happening, but again, I don’t know what to think..
  2. Jesus Christ, give it appears a rest. You’ve completely hijacked this thread and become nauseous with you’re incessant boring posts.
  3. Hell no. Bills only. Bucs, Dolphins, Jags, Lightning, Rays, Panthers have virtually zero fans. Magic has some.. It’s a college State here.
  4. Duplicate thread, but this one is a LAMP.
  5. Just stop. You’re well on your way to a Crusading Warning. You don’t like the Bills. You’ve made it known.
  6. Just a guess, @Rubes, but I think he knows he can ‘hit the big one’ now every time he drops back and waits to see if the Defense is indeed determined to take the big play away -and if Diggs & Brown can still get behind them. Then as seconds tick away and pressure nears, he looks ‘low’ to Beasley/RBs/TEs. Again, just a guess as we don’t get All-22 views during a telecast. By week 4, the Raiders were determined to stop the big pass, but he STILL delivered incredible throws & catches deep down field.
  7. I’m trying hard to be low key/‘whatever’ regarding a deadline trade. Do I think we need to? Absolutely. We’re the current beneficiaries of an upside nfl world and have garnered a nearly unbelievable lead in our Division at the halfway mark! Yet we desperately need defensive help now to help this magic season in the making deliver in the end. I think Brandon et al are doing their level best, but... I just don’t see it playing out well for us. Doomshield? Youbetcha!
  8. I guess I’m guilty then..😳 I bought ST in ‘95 and moved from WNY to Florida. It was the only way I could see the Bills games. Kept that miserable dish for 20 years. Am I now a 🏴‍☠️? youbetcha!
  9. I see a ‘meeting’ in your immediate future.
  10. THANK YOU for this post! I was immediately convinced Diggs was interfered with on the pick as I saw the DB slam his hand into Diggs shoulder with the ball leaving Allen’s hand. It forced Diggs to alter his route too late. He’s stated it was his ‘fault’ for heading the wrong way, but he was forced to. No flag, no replay, no challenge. Edit; well they did re-spot the ball back near the 50 after the tv TO. Not sure if replay called this or another ref saw it.
  11. Yeah, I apologize. It’s been more insane around here following a home victory over the Patriots than any blowout loss. My answer is that in less than 3 full seasons of play, I believe in Josh Allen with the ball and the game in his hands -whether it be late in the 4th quarter or OT. The Pats* kept getting chunk plays on their final drive, which rarely transfers to the Defense calling TO with the clock ticking. With so little time left, merely forcing them to go for a FG (through a 3rd Down stop or the clock) would produce OT. Again, see my belief in Allen in those situations.
  12. Agreed. I’d prefer to rest starters Week 17, win or lose. But it now may come down to winner take all for the Division crown. We’ll see, but I’m expecting a season long dogfight.
  13. How would you have felt if Kennedy wasn’t assassinated? If Hillary won in ‘16? If the Titanic veered to miss the iceberg? WTF does it even matter? We won the damn game! It’s in the history books. Jesus!🤦‍♂️
  14. Smooth. -and savvy. You’re better at slappin’ pugnacious posters around. I’m fairly loquacious, but I tend to go all verbally ‘physical’ on their azz while you melt them with intellect. Well played! Thank you! Undeniable and very disappointing.😞
  15. They’re a good team, no question. But they’re not a deep team -with mostly jags populating their roster. Metcalf is quickly becoming a superstar and Wilson already is. But there isn’t much more to them. It helps that they travel cross country and play at 10:00am their time and this is likely figured in with Vegas betting. I agree with most here who think we’ll have to match them with TDs while sacrificing run defense for more pass defense. Our 1st effort at this style gameplan didn’t work out vs KC. But the methodology seems sound given our defensive predicament. Hey, if we didn’t fumble in the 4th quarter, a different outcome may have happened -even while looking pretty shoddy in its execution. Yes, an NFC loss has little bearing other than the W/L column, but I don’t believe it will only be an ‘on any given Sunday’ premise that could see a win this week.
  16. You’re a horrid poster. I’d absolutely prefer to leave you alone but your ever negative, bs posting requires attention. Any of this getting through to you? Anything at all??
  17. Did you??😳 Rhetorical question as it’s obvious you didn’t. No problem, I’ll fill you in -just cuz I’m a nice guy. The Bills gameplan all week (ask anybody who actually follows the team) had been to turn loose a rushing attack which had been quiet to date. Result: 190 yards rushing. By Wednesday, both teams knew November weather would dictate running the ball more and neither QB threw for 190 yards. Both QBs would likely figure prominently in the run game as well. They did. All week long, the Bills -to a man- said this would be a real battle -especially given how the perennial Division Champs were in a rare funk where another Division/Conference loss would likely doom them for the season. They were right on all these effective game plan measures. Then there’s ‘the OTHER ASPECT’. Josh Allen, with barely 2 full seasons of starting would probably have the outcome be on his shoulders late in the game. Already having posted eye-popping metrics with ‘game on the line production’, this is exactly what came to be. He looked to improve on his impressive 4th Quarter wins. He did. It’s now 10. I readily admit to enjoy helping uniformed posters with facts and insights I believe they should already know. But I don’t like you enough to continue this. You make it routinely obvious you prefer instead to drop witless turd bombs and run. Don’t know for sure, but you may want to step away (leave?) for a while and rethink why you’re here. You’re obviously not happy with this decision.
  18. Oh, how very little you know -as evidenced every time you type.
  19. Weren’t you encouraged to leave and start a new life? This one obviously doesn’t suit you.
  20. Good post. Undaunted, it’s a thing..🤦‍♂️ This. I hope Morse will be ok soon, but he’s threatening his future with numerous concussions. He’s great in Pass pro but not in the run game. Feliciano at Center is great in the run game, only so-so in Pass pro. Waaaaay to early to forecast the weather 7 days in the future.
  21. Why Matakevich? You are aware Moss has been injured most of the season, aren’t you?😳
  22. Again, you are clueless about football. This was Season do or die. It was against their biggest threat in the Division. They played their hearts out to keep playoff hopes alive in terrible weather. They lost. Unfortunately, you’ve shown you’re incapable of doing what you want with it. Over and over and over and over and...
