Not that I think KC or Any other AFC team is better, it’s just too much BBFS. I’ve carried this albatross since 1967 and its doomed me every single year hence. Decades of football predictions, pools and $$ down the drain in addition to now hundreds of friends & family who only knew of the AFL Titles as our crowning achievements. I’ve finally come to the understanding it’s just not in the cards and I’ll most likely join them ‘down under’ never having witnessed an NFL title. So, screw it; the Jets!

Personally, I didn’t care for him. Never lived up to his Draft status and his best year was his contract year. Hasn’t returned to that form and is too much of a I-Me-Mine kinda guy for my liking. I don’t wish ill will, just don’t want him back here.

Little known fact; while Charlie is an original RS along with Mick, Keith and Brian Jones, he never set the beat as their drummer, instead always following Keith’s tempo on his guitar. WTH does this even mean??😳 I’m trying to stay low key on our rookies -even the top one. He’s gonna be overwhelmed and taught so much in the coming weeks, a disappointing slide can’t be ruled out and he’s definitely going to need to add mass. AJ, on the other hand, I’m really looking forward to! He had to be upset and perhaps dismayed that as our top pick last season, he was basically told ‘yeah, no. You look like crap. Lose 30 lbs. quickly.’ He played better down the stretch and now has a full season to build up his new body with the help of the staff. His explosion and meanness have been evident these past 2 weeks. I’m optimistic-but not drooling.

IIRC, they beat Cleveland in the playoffs in OT. But Maguire was correct in his bold statement for the rest of the Regular Season. Imo, He was also the heir apparent to Art Donovan for relating very humorous antidotes from his playing days. Only player to win 3 consecutive AFL Titles (1 with SD, 2 with us). Happy Birthday, Paul!
