Ha! I’m aware of the origin of the city, but the red grazing Buffalo which adorned our helmets from ‘62 to ‘73 represented the city the team plays in and is represented by statues throughout the city still. Personally, I don’t care for the ‘swoosh’.

I’m guessing this is a Halloween ‘Trick’. A Buffalo can’t graze grass with his head up off the ground, though a Buffalo who’s been shot in the chest can run for a bit until he succumbs to the fatal wound. You’re entitled to your view. I completely disagree -and so does Kelly himself. No ones ever thrown a football like Josh can. Many have said they can actually HEAR the ball soar. Nobody ever said that about Jimbo. Kelly is a 1st Ballot HOFer. I expect the same for Allen.

I’m not as sure about this. We were pretty beat up on Offense all year. The ‘64 team was stronger and would have given Cleveland all they could handle. Imagine, Jim Brown vs Cookie Gilchrest for all the marbles!
