This ‘Locked on ?????’ format is pretty Boss. I imagine there’s one for most teams, but the few I’ve seen have real talent behind the mic and well informed. Not just about their specific team either. Being able to speak correctly, with speed and deliver concise constructs isn’t natural. It’s a refined skill. Makes for an informative and enjoyable listen. Bills have a few of these type reporters, but we also have some utterly ‘unlistenable’ crapsters.

If I read you correctly, no, the standing red Buffalo WON’T go on the red helmet. (🤔 actually, they could ‘say’ it is and nobody would be the wiser..) They’re talking about that horrendous “throwback helmet” from back in the mid-90’s that looked like a flock of buzzards flew in overhead and released they’re load on the Bills players

A dear friend passed away yesterday after a year long battle with cancer. His son and namesake died of an OD on fentanyl a couple weeks ago -both he and his roommate were found dead! Can’t help but think my friend gave up his own battle.. My sincere condolences to Dawson, the Knox family and the Bills. 🥹

Too bad it’s been taken down. Likely the last words we’ll hear from him ever. At least I hope so. Didn’t like him before and nothin’s changed in this regard.🤷‍♂️

Those 60’s/70’s Chief teams were loaded! HOFers & superstars on OL -Buddy, Tyrer, Holub, 1-eyed TE Fred Arbanas, Garrett, McVey, Holmes, Pitts and, of course Otis Taylor. Defense led by Buck Buchanan, Aaron Brown, Curly Culp, Jim Lynch, Willie Lanier, Jim Marsellis, Johnny Robinson & Bobby Bell. Jan Stenerud? Are you effin’ kidding me?! Then, there was Lenny.

At the time, he was also under suspicion for gambling -an accusation later proved false. Lenny was Cool under all that pressure.

Lenny the Cool! If my Bills weren’t gonna win the AFL, the Chiefs multi-dimensional offense was a thrill to behold, while their Defense and STs were the best the AFL offered. Loved beating them in our 1st ever MNF game, where OJ topped 1000 yrds in the 7th game! KC was the AFL’s best franchise and Lenny was their leader. Thanks for the memories, Lenny!
