  1. That game was a huuuuge relief for me. I work in a place where there are several Packers fans, and only one Bills fan. I had to give a presentation to everyone later that week, so my Powerpoint slides all used photos from the game as the background. It was a solid game from the defense for certain, and that was the difference, I think. But even then, it still took a Jordy drop and a last-minute defensive strip-sack to save the win. Our offense was unwatchable then.
  2. That's what I'm thinking. Looking more and more like CB at #10. I'd prefer a trade down, or OJ Howard, to be honest.
  3. Andre Holmes @dreholmes18 I have not signed/agreed to any contract yet with any team. The report at this moment is false.
  4. I'm with you on this. The data show correlation, not causation. There may be many reasons that his success correlated with being under center, not just that "he's better at it".
  5. I'd prefer Andre Smith. Hopefully this doesn't mean he's asking too much.
  6. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect Webb, Byrd, or Graham back at a reduced salary. Any of those three would make sense. (Probably means none of those will happen.)
  7. I don't care what the stats say...that defense last year was abysmal, especially when it was needed most.
  8. I don't know, this all just feels like one large social experiment. Whatever you new folks do, just don't head over to PPP unless you're willing to pour clorox in your eyes.
  9. 7 pages on this topic? If this thread isn't the textbook definition of "mental masturbation" then I don't know what is.
  10. Wow. Good stuff there.
  11. I thought it was a reasonable assessment. I agree with keeping Felton, and I would also like to see them keep Hunter, Tate, and Gragg if they come at a reasonable price, though none are irreplaceable.
  12. So sorry, man. What a heartbreak. Hope you will be able to find some peace someday.
  13. I'm with you on that.
  14. Not all. Is that really so hard for you to believe?
  15. Wishful thinking. Brady's legacy is pretty darn solid. If his goal is to be GOAT, then a loss in this SB will not help, but 5-2 or 4-3 is still a stellar legacy that can't be denied -- much as we all hate to admit it.
  16. Some interesting stuff in there. Sounds like it is impossible to know how much of the offense is Dennison vs. Kubiak, but it seems like a lot of the features of the offense would work well with our personnel and play to our strengths. I always though TT was most effective with misdirection plays, and an offense that featured a FB. We'll find out how Dennison is on his own, apart from Kubiak, but for now I like the direction that the offense could be going with him.
  17. I enjoyed it, though like DC Tom I didn't love it, and the first 30 minutes were pretty slow. I think I am one of the few people out there that had a hard time with the CGI characters, Tarkin of course in particular. I get why they did it, but I had a tough time getting past it.
  18. Don't forget David Nelson, too!
  19. From the Buff News today, and the analysis of Rex's defensive failure: Given that, if the Bills are on the clock and both Mike Williams and the best safety in the draft are available, which do you take? This is, of course, assuming that we don't add a starting WR or S in free agency, which I don't see happening.
  20. If the internet and this forum were around when Marv Levy was hired, this place would have been apoplectic.
  21. Some big internet talkers in this thread.
