    Skylar isn’t anything special but he doesn’t have to be. All he needs to do is to get the ball in the hands of their playmakers, and let them do the rest. We don’t have a great cover scheme, and Hill kills us with slants and crosses. I can see them running the ball mixed with short routes that get their receivers in space.

    All I know is that I’m so damn tired of seeing our two Guards get manhandled repeatedly.

    A lot of people are going to lose their minds when the rookie QB starts lighting up our defense like Mac Jones in the first half last week. *runs away* 😜

    Possibly. He's an excellent RB and the kind of player that has done well against us in a way that could take a lot of pressure off their rookie QB. But yeah, doesn't matter much.

    They had Cook split out wide on the INT late in the first half. He cut back across the middle of the field and was wide open, would have easily gotten the first down. Not sure why he was never noticed, but he’s up for it.

    Great line from the Sun-Times: “Unlike the Bears offense last Sunday, we’ll pass.” Another tidbit from that article I didn’t know: “Current NFL rules require a Super Bowl host stadium to have a capacity of at least 70,000 seats.”

    My god, that game seems like a lifetime ago.

    I just don't see how they can even put the effort into practice and preparation for another game just a few days away.

    I agree with the others that said this could very well be an aortic dissection. Very tough to deal with those, depends on the severity.

    True, but Beasley and Brown are still a lot better than what he has this year.

    He doesn't have that gunslinger mentality, at least not now. But I do think he's shown some (brief) flashes as a passer. I think he can be similar to Lamar, if the team surrounds him with players.

    Nothing to add other than I’m so glad we don’t have to go through this process every 2-3 years anymore.

    I think Fields is going to be a keeper. He's got a long way to go, much the same as Josh did, but he seems like he has good tools to work with. I think his ceiling is lower than Josh's, but with some real weapons around him I think he'll be fine.

    Yep, it looked to me like he re-injured his shoulder. He probably thought it was healed enough to give it a go, but when he extended it on that one play, you could tell it was really painful. Unfortunately, he’ll probably miss the Cincy game based on how that looked. Hope I’m wrong.

    If you had started with "Just hear me out..." I would've totally read the whole thing. Edit: Just kidding, I read the whole thing. Not sure I agree with drafting the next LT, but nice write up.

    Wow. The Tannehill injury obviously has a big part in that, but what a turnaround. They've had some big wins this year.

    Oh wow, no kidding? I didn't realize that. I thought they'd sneak into the wild card that way. Holy moly.

    Could be...but if the Jags win out and we (perish the thought) drop to the #2 spot, we could get them in the 2-7 game.
