  1. By far, it's Moosewood Cooks At Home. You can check it out here. Healthy food that is really awesome. Wife and I really can't find any recipes from this that aren't great. Best part is that many/most of the recipes are for smaller amounts (2-4 servings). If you're really looking for a constant source of great recipes I urge you to try Cooking Light magazine. It's amazing how many recipes we have tried from there, and I can't remember coming across one that didn't taste awesome. And health is a primary concern for them, so you always have the fat, protein, and carb contents of each one. Best part is, once you've used their recipes for a little while, you'll notice that your cupboard has a lot of the needed ingredients already.
  2. "Easy, Breezy, Beautiful Rubes." Hmm.
  3. That was really interesting and useful. Thanks.
  4. The Bills really aren't going to comment about Moulds anymore at this point, since they are well under the cap and can afford to keep him. Whether they do or not, we'll have to wait to find out. But I'm not holding my breath. My guess is that we'll have to see what happens in free agency. We have a lot of holes to fill and there are some pretty good names out there to fill them. But as has been said here before, now almost everybody has money to spend and we could see some interesting bidding wars. I think it will come down to how many of those free agents we want and think we can get. We're probably looking seriously at DT, OT, WR, and S to bring in, and while it's unlikely that we nab one of each, we may have a chance to bring in two or three. If we can bring in a couple of the bigger names, and they're ready to sign, we may see Moulds jettisoned at that time to ensure the space for it. As far as I can tell, there's no real penalty for releasing him later, unless I'm wrong. If we end up keeping Moulds, my guess is that it will be for one of two reasons: we pick up some decent, but not top-tier, free agents for a reasonable price, or we just aren't able to attract enough and we have money left over.
  5. Well, so far all I've been able to gather from you is that you have an inability to sit still. Although the name can be confusing, this of course does not constitute restless leg syndrome. As alluded to in one of your posts and in the link I gave (although it's not always very clear), RLS is more than just an "urge to move the legs" like someone sitting in a chair with their knee bouncing around. The urge to move the legs is in response to completely unpleasant sensation throughout the legs, whether its paresthesias or dysesthesias, and often it's the only way to relieve the sensations. It's also almost always worse at night when lying down, such that people with RLS have a horrible time sleeping, and their daytime activities become intolerable due to exhaustion. Older folks can be tortured by this. As for you, I don't know. If you just can't sit still, then that's something different. If you can't sit still because you need to move your legs to relieve some uncomfortable sensation in your legs, and it's worse at night, and you're losing sleep because of it, then I'd consider it.
  6. I should know better than this. But I guess not. For those of you who think RLS is a bunch of crap, please get your facts straight. If you are somehow mistaking this for ADD, or anxiety, or too much stimulant, or whatever, all I ask is that you recognize it for what it is, a real disorder. At the VA I've dealt with many older vets with RLS, and it can make your life miserable. It's not ADD. It's not typically a childhood disease. It's a neurological disorder that can drive people crazy, disrupt their sleep, and get worse as they get older. We have no idea what causes it or how to treat it. Decreasing caffeine may help, and then again it may not. Some medications or supplements may help, and then again they may not. Exercise, massage, heating pads...some may help, most won't, and what works for one person probably won't work for the next. Check it out for yourself if you really want. I will be the first to agree with the point of this thread, that our society has moved inexorably toward masking underlying problems with more and more medications, and that's not good. And the real problem of ADD highlights this issue. But if you're going to trash RLS at least know what you're talking about first.
  7. If you've ever seen a patient with Restless Legs Syndrome, you'd know why it's not inane.
  8. Well, we will certainly need bodies on the line, whether it's as a starter or a backup. My guess is that he isn't expensive enough to cut and will probably be given the chance to fight for a starting position during camp. I thought he was painfully awful last year, but I'll admit that I didn't focus on him the latter part of the year (along with the rest of the team). So perhaps VA is right.
  9. Wow, that's like saying I just heard something about some crazy port deal with the United Arab Emirates.
  10. Even if a deal gets done, they're still going to have to contort like a circus actor to get under the new cap.
  11. It only really makes sense if we can get him for less than his contract + EM's dead cap space if we release him.
  12. Sorry, dude, but that is a prime example of how stats fail to tell the true story. I don't care how many sacks this defense had, our biggest weakness for some time has been the inability of our front four to generate pressure on the QB (not to mention their inability to stop the run last year as well).
  13. Hmmm. I guess we can't just make it 58 and call it a day.
  14. From NFL.com: $23.5 million? One player? All in one year?? Good thing I don't like Tennessee. They deserve it.
  15. I doubt they'd bring him in, if this quote from the Buff News today is true: That certainly sounds like what Adams can do, so I'm guessing Sam was cut primarily for salary cap/personality issues. However, this does not sound like what Ted does.
  16. I'm fine with that, as long as Keanu Reeves plays QB.
  17. I wonder if, somewhere, TD is kicking back with a beer thinking, "Glad I don't have to deal with this mess right now." Personally, I'd like to see a new deal signed a few hours after those 200 players get released. I'd like a few more guards and tackles to choose from.
  18. That is, as long as you can find a player who provides as much performance and who is actually cheaper.
  19. This is going to be one hell of an offseason.
  20. Didn't HBO's "Real Sports" just have a story similar to this about a month or two ago? Seemed like they were almost identical, except the one on the HBO show had somewhat more of a disability. But it was a similar theme; kid finally gets put on the court in the last game, and makes a three pointer after a couple of misses. For some reason, I recall the HBO one as actually more astounding that he actually made a basket. But they're both great stories.
  21. Probably just trying to save money on airline fuel.
  22. It's what I wanted to hear him say, so that's why I'm reserving judgement. If he thinks our line will improve by bringing in someone other than Sam, so be it. We'll see!
  23. Well, last season everyone was beating on TD for releasing Pat Williams since it made our D-line a real weakness. I'll reserve judgement until the start of the season to see what our D-line is made of, but this should be interesting.
