Agreed, the tailgate was awesome -- and incredibly well organized. There were supposedly 1400 people there (and it seemed like it) and there were essentially almost no lines for the food and drinks, and plenty of seating. Plus, I finally got to meet Aussie, Pinto Kenny, and Pancho Billa. How great is that? And I'd estimate the percentage of Bills fans at around 25-30%. It was impressive.

Have to agree with that. Injuries are a big part (but not the only part) of our downfall this year, and to me we need to make some very clear moves in the offseason to take the next step. If we don't make those moves, I won't be convinced that this organization is truly committed to winning, and I don't know if I can continue to support that.

Man, are we really overstating Maybin's impact that much? The last three games, the guy has a grand total of one tackle, which just happens to be a sack. I don't think he's even been noticeable during those games.

Well, we were the #2 seed before this past game. So that should tell you how much can change from one week to the next. No reason worrying about it now.

I'm with you, John. Practically nobody here thought we'd be 5-3 at the halfway mark with a share of first place. Our defense still isn't very good, but as a whole this team is a lot better than last year, and with the addition of a couple more playmakers at WR and OLB, as well as a healthy Kyle Williams and others, we should be in great shape for the next few years.

Love all of the Braves talk, glad others found it interesting! I just wish I could have watched it. And yes, the NBA died for me when the Braves left.
