  1. I love how that page has us listed as 3rd in the AFC East at 2-0.
  2. Well there you go. Nice catch, thanks.
  3. After the Sunday Night game, NBC had a headline snippet thing at the bottom of the screen during some interviews, and this is what they had to say about the game. I haven't heard anything else in the media about this. Obviously it has to do with contract negotiations, but I'm left wondering where this came from.
  4. 8PM ET
  5. I thought the exact same thing!
  6. That was about as bad a holding penalty on Merriman on the final Hail Mary play as I've seen. Unfortunately, no way they call it.
  7. Overturned by Raiders penalty.
  8. That might not be such a bad idea...
  9. I just can't believe the O-line opened up so many impressive holes for those guys against a really tough Oakland D-line. Well done.
  10. Blitz Brady and he'll pick you apart. For that matter, do whatever you want against Brady and he'll pick you apart. I have no idea how you slow them down, other than some vague notion of "get pressure on him". He walked 99 yards down the field against San Diego like he was playing against a high school team.
  11. They're all in the comments section of the article.
  12. Well, the weather in Buffalo for Sunday looks like sunny and a high of 69, so it sounds like the Raiders might sit a couple of their receivers to prevent further injury.
  13. Well, it's basically the reason nobody believed KC was any good last year. They won 10 games and their division, but never beat anybody with a winning record and didn't fare so great within their division. Same with the Bills. Beat some good teams, including teams within the division, and then people will think it's real.
  14. Certainly, but it does suggest that they may be less than 100% for the game, and possibly more susceptible to further injury.
  15. His stock may be as high as it's been, but it's most definitely not as high as it would be after a string of performances like that. Lock him up now at a fair but reasonable price. Makes sense to me. And I'm no Roscoe lover, but he did have a pretty fantastic punt return in the KC game that all but wrapped things up for us. I get psyched every time he has a chance to return a punt or just gets his hands on the ball.
  16. What, no Fitzgerald?
  17. Both he and Seymour did not practice today.
  18. Damn, now that you make me think about it, far too many possibilities to choose from. I was nearly comatose for about an hour after the first Super Bowl. My father, a huge Bills fan since the 60s who got me hooked on them as a kid, had just passed away a few weeks earlier, near the end of the regular season. He never got to see the Bills in a Super Bowl, and they went to their first just a few weeks after he died. The emotional mess I was in, followed by the crushing disaster of that Super Bowl...well, let's just say it sucked bad. But as low as I was then, at least there was still hope for the team. Before last year, I actually started to feel apathetic toward the team, since it seemed like ownership and leadership were lost, incompetent, and had no interest or skills for building a real team. It seemed like we would be bottom feeders forever. That was a pretty low feeling.
  19. Amazing how there's always a good supply of takers for crayonz's bait.
  20. Good Lord! Why isn't this on the front page of TBD?? The people need to know!
  21. Interesting, in the comments to that article, this was posted: I sense a similarity. Do you use different names? By the way, this was the response:
