  1. I can't imagine why anyone would want to work under that owner, but if he thinks it's a good opportunity for his career, more power to him. I'll take those 3rd rounders for sure.
  2. On the last interception by Mahomes to ice it, two things I noticed: Rousseau got both held and facemasked on the play, no call. Crazy, but not surprising. After the INT, Kelce did a little "golf clap"—not sure if that was a respectful clap, or a "hey, congrats on winning your Super Bowl" sarcastic clap. I kind of think it was the latter.
  3. Well, technically it would probably be Taron, but I certainly wouldn't want to take him off the field for any reason.
  4. Atlanta's not bad...
  5. I didn't notice that but Marino on his podcast was talking about Van Demark's play and that he did well even with Jones lined up across from him a couple times.
  6. I guess I'm in the minority, but I saw that and watched it multiple times, and I actually thought it was his last-gasp attempt to knock the ball out (just way off target). I thought it was much more convincing than that ridiculous player from the Colts.
  7. Part of it also is that the Bills have had stability in the coaching staff for many years now. It’s hard to develop younger players over several years when the staff is constantly turning over. Once a new head coach comes in with his staff, many of those development players, drafted by the previous regime, are dumped—or they get new position coaches and/or new systems, and end up not really developing at all. McD and his staff are very good at developing young talent, and it also helps that they and the system have been around now for many years.
  8. Might be tough to make a call especially if there is just enough wind to make the uprights shake a bit. w
  9. Durango is a pretty cool place!
  10. Sure would like to see a couple of TDs tomorrow by #88 again, just like in that game...
  11. I mean, there's a literal mountain of dirt sitting just outside the new stadium.
  12. When was the last time we wore the throwbacks with the red buffalo helmet? Seems like a long time.
  13. I thought it was 21 days once designated to return?
  14. I listen to Joe Marino and Locked on Bills. I like his takes for the most part, and I like that he has an episode every day, and they're not too long—usually about 30-35 minutes each. But sometimes I'm looking for something different. Wondering if you all have ones that you go to during the week that you think are good.
  15. What, are we all supposed to say it or something?
  16. You really hate to see it.
  17. About 45 minutes too late...
  18. You mean like those two interceptions, both of which came on first down? Yeah, kinda wished we had run the ball instead.
  19. Seriously. Solomon has shown a couple of flashes, but he was completely manhandled on one of the TD runs in the Miami game last week.
  20. Bills really leaning in to this "let them run" approach...
  21. Interesting that at the Fins game on Sunday he came out of the tunnel and was introduced as a LB.
  22. True, although on the other hand, they did hold the Fins to 10 points in the first half. The second half was ugly, but it was also ugly for the Fins on defense as well.
  23. Not sure, but I was pretty concerned about a quick 3 and out in that situation, which would give the Fins time along with 2 timeouts. I was okay with bleeding some time off the clock, apparently trying to make sure only they would have a chance at a winning FG.
  24. Watching that video made me realize, on that 2nd and 14 where Allen had the ball batted down, Cook was wide open on the right side and would have gotten very close to the first down. Not that it ended up mattering with the Poyer penalty, but holy cow. When it was 3rd and 14 (and later 3rd and 9) I was pretty nervous about going 3 and out and giving the Fins another chance.
