The thing is, in all of those hyped up games the Bills seem to come out flat, unprepared, and undisciplined, which really just pisses me off. If Denver comes out on Sunday and just flat out beats us up and proves they are the better team, I'll be bummed. But if the Broncos pummel us because we make stupid mistakes, play out of position, miss tackles, and waste golden opportunities, I'll be pissed.

I don't know, man. Brady and the Pats* scored 37 against our vaunted D, on the road. Manning at home? Doesn't look good.

Now we get Bill posts before games as well as after? Sweeeet. Totally agree, this would be a victory of enormous proportions. I just wish I had a wee bit more confidence in our offense against their defense, which in their home stadium is going to be just as vicious as ours.

If Peyton is surgical and puts up a ton of points because of great execution, I'll be disappointed but not angry. However, if the Bills show up for this HUGE game and, like they seem to do every time there is a huge game, make dumb mistake after dumb mistake and just look unprepared and undisciplined, THEN I will be upset. Like I am every time there's a huge game.

I'd go so far as to say Denver needs this game as much as we do. The reason: Because we're just looking to make the playoffs, while Denver is looking to make the Super Bowl. They need home field advantage for that.

The jaw-dropping stat for me is that, if the Bills win one more game, it will be the first time in 10 freaking years that we've hit 8 wins. 8 wins. That's just half the games. Not even that, in ten freaking years. An entire decade.
