  1. And I would've succeeded if it weren't for you meddling kids!
  2. Great point. Bad move by Pettine, as he probably would be the head coach of a much more stable, talented team right now.
  3. No nerve touched, not sure why you see it that way. You just called it attention-grabbing click bait, which I think is a mischaracterization, and takes more away from the discussion than it adds.
  4. I think I would be pretty happy with the combination of Cameron-Chandler-Smith-Gray at TE.
  5. There's nothing to click on. The guy had a conversation with someone he identifies as an inside source, and this is what he tweeted. If you really believe it's just to drive traffic to his site, or to get Twitter followers, or to just get attention, then don't engage in the discussion. Like him or not, he's been right on a number of things in the past, so personally I think he gets the benefit of the doubt from me. FWIW, he also noted that the Bills are doing everything they can to re-sign Hughes, and that Rex wants to keep Spikes.
  6. With all of these potential draft pick losses for inappropriate behavior, we may end up with that first round pick after all!
  7. For those of you who follow Kevin Massare on Twitter, her had this little piece today after a talk with his "inside source": Kevin Massare @KevinMassare Source would not address QB with me, just said "we will be going a route that not many have talked about". SO take that for what its worth. No idea what it means, but... Discuss.
  8. I still think it will be Pittsburgh. Even though I agree there are some interesting angles to Buffalo, I just don't think Buffalo is a team the NFL is ready to highlight on opening night. Also, does it absolutely have to be in New England? Why not Patriots** at Broncos?
  9. I'm not one for hyperbole, but I'm going on record as saying that was the worst play call in NFL history, given the location, timing, and importance.
  10. Can't see it happening. Nor the Jets. The NFL won't want a non-playoff team on opening night, and they definitely don't want a blowout. Steelers, most likely, if this is how it's done. Damn that's an easy schedule. Crap.
  11. You don't have to ask, just go ahead and start one.
  12. Just your claim that they still have video. No video is safe in NFL hands.
  13. Does a long history of injury necessarily predict future injury? I seem to recall a great many people here doubting Eric Wood the same way, and he's now gone two straight full seasons, and has only missed two games in the last three years. The one exception I would say is for concussions, but I don't think that's Bradford's problem.
  14. "LG: Step with the inside foot, and drive the second knee through the crotch." Whoa.
  15. Mythbusters. Put it on there, special edition. Case closed.
  16. From the interview, this is what Whaley had to say: It's not like Whaley has no idea or intention to address the issue. Just relax and let it play out.
  17. A team wouldn't be held responsible if all balls on both sides were equally affected by the weather. Nor would a team be held responsible if a single ball developed a slow leak. Neither of which applies to this situation.
  18. Ian Rapoport @RapSheet Based on my knowledge of how investigations often go, it makes sense Tom Brady hasn’t been spoken to yet. He would be last.
