I think Arya's storyline is going to leapfrog the books this season, so we'll see. Tyrion's journey will definitely be altered, since it doesn't appear it will include the sidebar of him joining up with Aegon and that group. So he will probably fast forward to a meeting with Daenerys, which is probably where he was headed in the books. So Tyrion's storyline will also likely leapfrog the books soon.

I agree, if they had won that game, this one would be right near the top. Still, it was very memorable and quite the emotional roller coaster.

This might be a good time to remind everyone that this is the readers thread more than the TV show thread, so, book spoilers and such are allowed.

Too many to recall...one that is not quite my favorite but high on the list is the game against Miami in 1987 when the Bills won 27-0. Kelly threw a TD to Reed right before the half to make it 21-0, and they cruised in the second half. It was a coming out of sorts for the team, with all of the young talent including a new Biscuit on defense. That was the game that made everyone start to realize this could be something special. So much fun to be there with my dad.

It's definitely a lot to make up but there were a lot of close games, especially towards the end of the year. A little more offense and a goal here or there...

Man, I don't know. Most of my Bills-loving family are gone, except for my cousins. But I'm far away from them. The only thing I could imagine is taking my cousin to see it in person, which would be an incredible thing to experience if they win. But man, that would be pricey. If not that, then I have no idea who I'd watch it with. It might have to be just by myself. Over the years, my tolerance for watching games has taken a nosedive, and I get nervous as hell, even during games that don't mean a damn thing and they're fighting for last place. I don't think anyone else would want to watch a game with me. I can't imagine the kind of meds I would need to be on now to watch a Bills Super Bowl. I went to one of the SBs in the glory years -- the worst one, of course (52-17) -- and it was pretty depressing. It would be nice to make up for that.
