  1. Imagine being worth more than $5 billion and still being near the bottom of the list. 😲
  2. Yep, up to 13 mph winds. Not terrible, but in the rain it sucks.
  3. The wave was going in the Bears preseason game, too. Actually went around quite a few times, I was impressed.
  4. Actually, I think McD did a respectable, if not impressive, job last year given the incredible number of injuries, many at key positions. It wasn't pretty at times, but I think a lot of other coaches would have done worse with that situation.
  5. Why not? Those would presumably be included in the Bills numbers.
  6. You will be. It takes time for waivers and claims to be processed and cleared. Then people start signing contracts. They're starting to trickle in already. Be patient.
  7. All that excitement for Davidson went *poof*
  8. At this point this is a little like trying to argue who was the better DE, Bruce or Reggie White. Both were awesome, had different stats in different systems. At that point, who cares who is a tiny bit "better" than the other? They were both awesome, game changers.
  9. As mentioned, I did mine recently, and these images looked familiar. Can't say if they are the exact same ones, though.
  10. Isn't that true for just about any position? Safeties have multiple responsibilities in the run and pass game. I'm mostly looking to see things like tackling (eg, missed tackles), angles (eg, poor angles), closing speed, shedding blocks, discipline, things like that. All can be evaluated to some extent, whether the offense is running or passing.
  11. That was one of the two I listened to. Not much mention at all.
  12. Safety is and has been one of our biggest concerns going into this season. After the Steelers game, I've read or listened to a couple of All-22 reviews, and neither one made any mention of the safety play. Perhaps that's a good thing (no concerning errors?), but I'd still expect to see a lot of focus on their play, but haven't. Anyone know of an All-22 review that mentions anything about how our safeties looked?
  13. Well, I did hedge by saying "doesn't put a lot of trust" rather than "no trust". He does to some extent, though in some cases (Williams) due to necessity. I don't think it's a stretch to say he despises mental errors, which rookies are more likely to make, and they have to prove their discipline and mental toughness before they get a big role. Andreessen looked good for one game. He's going to have to show a lot more for him to overtake Williams and, likely, others. He might do it eventually, sure, but he's got a decent road ahead before that happens.
  14. Excellent point!
  15. I was thinking maybe the next John Holocek. But seriously, he had one (admittedly) solid game. From the sound of it here you'd think the guy is ready to make the Pro Bowl. McDermott famously doesn't put a lot of trust in rookies, so this guy really making the 53 and contributing is still a long shot. He would be a great candidate for the PS, with the expectation that he push for a spot next year. We'll see what happens in the Carolina game.
  16. So the "This Andrewwson kid is good" thread wasn't good enough? Or are you just objecting to the way he spelled his name?
  17. FWIW...Haven't searched this thread, but also need to bear in mind that a player is no longer eligible for the practice squad if he is on the 53-man roster for more than 6 games in a season. So if the Bills keep him as a backup and make him active for game days, by the time Milano comes back he may no longer be able to be stashed on the PS. At least I think that's the case...
  18. Same here. I’ll be 60 when the new stadium opens. Sitting during a game for 3+ hours becomes more important!
  19. I agree. I’m worried about how this will affect game days. Too many people in Buffalo that go to games now just can’t afford those prices. That to me is much more concerning than the PSLs.
  20. Outstanding, dude. Bravo.
  21. The Bills ran a play against the Pats**** a couple years ago down at the goal line that was brilliant, and almost undefendable. IIRC, there were two receivers to the left, one was Dawson Knox. Each was man covered. Josh rolled to the left, and the defenders had to choose between stopping a Josh run or staying on their man. It was a losing proposition. Stay on your man, Josh runs it in. Leave your man, Josh hits the guy you left. One left Knox, and Josh sidearmed it to him. Easy peasy. Never saw that play again.
  22. Yeah, they were offering me Field Club seats around the 40 and maybe 30 rows up, which were really good seats. But without cover or heat, I just couldn't see spending the big-time PSL and ticket prices. But they come with other good perks that you can't get elsewhere, so that should be cool for you. I was kind of dreading having to make the decision, but I actually feel pretty good about the final outcome.
  23. Bills are traveling to Pitt today for joint practice tomorrow.
