  1. Give him a tiny piece of the team. He is uniquely experienced and if restless, a showy grab for Ralph. At the very least he buys a few more years of sellouts and the perpetual optimism machine rolls on. Desperate times, desperate measures.
  2. They have a defensive system ?
  3. Why would they even want to be 13-3 ? That never helped Marty any. Expectations make for unemployment (ask Jauron on New Years Day).
  4. The play was neither complicated nor stupid. Jauron does the best he can with this junk and says what he has to. The master plan continues.
  5. Bob Matthews has to be calling him on Rochester's Wham 1100, does he not ? They were having some fun last year if I remember correctly.
  6. Dan Henning got chased out of town as well. Two Super Bowls before and one after. The Dolphin offense isn't exactly a disgrace this year either.
  7. He's not only the face of the franchise, he qualifies as a strength when you take a hard look at this organization. Unfortunate, but what are you going to do ?
  8. Yup. The ol' Jaurontastic commitment to the punt. Fairchild wasn't spooked by 95 yards on 38 carries, Schonert shouldn't be either.
  9. Eight or nine years of this now. And the say this team lacks an identity.
  10. Just what in the hell is a Benjarvus Green-Ellis ? Run and stop the run next week, please.
  11. A sixth round tight end. So a cross between Tim Euhus and Derek Schouman ? Intriguing... but put me down for seven guys who weigh over 290 lbs. to play wherever.
  12. Rick Azar began his career in a national Broadway acting company ? Drama coach and concert violinist ? Rick Azar ? Next I'll find out that Art Wander worked on the Manhattan Project.
  13. Jauron has them right where he wants them. 50 carries for 98 yards next week. Total commitment to the punt. Bills football.
  14. Who's Modrak's Godfather this year ? I need that simulated.
  15. Done. Who needs dynamic ? He's Jaurontastic !
  16. A morose bastard like me might say that they're in an awful hurry to get to 8 and 8... but this is pretty sweet. They're a pure joy to watch, they do so many things so well.
  17. A Jeff Blake-like career for Losman wouldn't be so bad, I guess. He'll have to do it elsewhere.
  18. What ever happened to the "groin injury" ? NHL'er Lance Pitlick's "ruptured testicle" and this are just too much information.
  19. He's also pretty upbeat if that's your thing. No problem for me.
  20. They're Jaurontastic ! They're patient, they don't panic and they stick to their business. A joy to watch.
  21. This year's Leon Freakin' Joe thread can't be far off.
  22. If only I could vote on that. Ralph's got this year pretty much sold out with a couple of built-in excuses ready to roll if things go sideways. He runs a perpetual optimism machine rather than a football team. He might be the best there is. He isn't sweating this or worried about saving face.
  23. I'll be watching the rhythmic gymnastics if they're on... wait... what ? Maybe Langston Walker could bring a ribbon on a stick and a red rubber ball out there and I could kill two birds with one stone.
  24. The Jauron windbreaker sends a strong (yet strangely gentle) message to those students. Give it some thought.
  25. Make the team ? He'll play four positions for them. Go get 'em, Coy.
