  1. If a K-Gun with 44 rushes, 8 swings/screens and 8 checkdowns is what Jauron can get behind, so be it. Let him succeed (or go out) comfortably.
  2. Honestly, the Jaurontastic, mom and pop, commitment to the punt offensive changes will befudddle the Pats. A late field goal and it's 1 and 0.
  3. Coordination is over rated. Long live the new clumsy offense.
  4. When they're new, it's all about change. When they're not it's all about continuity. This team's life blood is optimism. In another year that article might have been about Preston, the clever coaches son, and the high character Golden Domer Wayne Gandy manning the inside.
  5. Being a fan isn't a choice... it's a sickness. "Our new offensive linemen are smart, athletic and fast learners" is just another symptom.
  6. I dunno'... if she does get him focused, maybe she deserves a role in the offense.
  7. Leon Joe must not be answering his phone.
  8. Outstanding. His featured video has a guy banned from a football forum because of his "superior knowledge of football... I played quarterback in high school ". I hope he stays interested in the Bills.
  9. I'd come straight here if I thought the magnetic poles had flipped or that aliens had landed. I guess I'm not alone.
  10. It'll be a fine learning experience, Edwards has time on his side. Nobody suffers in the long run from Owens influence.
  11. These sites don't understand the magic that goes on in the Bills' front office. Prepare for the surprise !
  12. Who is going to make Steve Young seem intelligent now ?
  13. Point taken, but McGahee (and Parrish for that matter) began a run of early smalls that cripples them to this day. As good as those DB's, linebacker and running back may be, the collection of free agents and day two picks at the line of scrimmage isn't getting it done. If Big Mike was the signature pick he was meant to be, maybe TD builds a team with that sort of identity. McCargo is a similar miss nowadays on the other side. On draft day, who is supposed to be excited about Modrak's opinion on an unpredictable young big ? Who even makes the call ?
  14. If Mike Williams comes through, TD is still here and all is well. Bad break.
  15. Hey, Tim Anderson wrestled him good.
  16. Ralph is Mr. Detroit... and Jauron being hired after coaching the Lions was a bit of a surprise. You might be on to something.
  17. Dan Henning doesn't look too bad running the Dolphin offense these days either. Maybe Ralph should force Parcells to fire him.
  18. More alumni news... Coy Wire was one tackle shy of leading the Falcons this afternoon. Wheeee...
  19. Running Mike Gandy out of town might not have been the best move. He was cost efficient and played three positions (badly) as a Bill. Good news for Duke Preston maybe.
  20. Mularkey ? How about the Gandy Man at left tackle. Mixin' it with love and makin' the Warner feel good.
  21. My goodness, you want to pay these guys less ? A seven win team, some twenty million under the cap seems almost a bargain. I'll look into it, Ralph
  22. No Tim Couch ? He's sunk below the likes of Bruce Eugene ? Yikes.
  23. He was good right out of the box. He could have been a Bill Walton type (if he wanted to play the idiot). Smart guys don't play so well on network, guys like him and Rick Barry suffer for it.
  24. The Bills will probably win 13 games by a point next year and get Jauron a ten year deal. It's a strange league.
  25. Don't discount the Valentine's Day Surprise. Ralph and Modrak reaching out to the man who knows as much about the current group as anyone... Marv Levy for a caretaker year or two. I can hardly wait.
