  1. This isn't surprising at all. He lost his top 2 assistants. With only a year left on his deal, he probably wasn't going to get any top flight assistants to replace what he lost. Plus, I think he is one of those locker room guys. Big speeches, lots of talk, but what has he ever won? I always think of him on the NFL films doing his "gleem" B.S. That stuff only goes so far.
  2. I think the Bills will go LB in the draft. I think Nate gets resigned and they let Fletcher go. I say sign an O lineman in free agency. They certainly will have the $ to spend. Projected to be $33M under the cap
  3. NFL already said Toronto is out for next year because they are hosting the Gray Cup.
  4. The Bills are probably never going to have another Kent Hull. I think Fowler is doing a fine job. Is he great? No. But he is doing OK. I agree with you about Preston and Pennington.
  5. I hope I'm wrong, but I think he's going to get smoked.
  6. I don't think the Bills will resign Nate either, but I think they will be OK. They are going to be about $33M under the cap next year. I hate to see him go, but I think their money would be spent better elsewhere.
  7. The Bills will $33M under the cap next year. Let's evaluate next year about Marv/Jauron.
  8. Thurman is definitely in this year. Irvin will be in too. Is Keuchenberg in the senior category for making it? If so I think he gets in. I'd love to see Andre get in, and he deserves it, but I'm just not sure.
  9. The Bears are good, but we are only going into week 5 and Chicago is already annointing the Bears as Super Bowl champs. Hey, you never know what can happen. The Bears may be overlooking the Bills.
  10. Crowell's Int. was the play of the game.
  11. In this era of big money with NFL, I think it is ludicrous that any team should have to play on that crap. This isn't the 1960's. I'm suprised there aren't more injuries because of the dirt.
  12. Allright Jarhead! Great game to get to watch. Thank you and stay safe.
  13. I agree with you guys. I tought Thomas was solid.
  14. Totally agree. You put your best 11 on the field.
  15. You are kidding, right?
  16. Yes there was a penalty on that play, but the fact the whistle blew saying he was out of bounds was a joke. That play wasn't anywhere close to being out of bounds. I would love to see the explaination for that when Rich Eisen has the head of officiating on NFL Network. Another phantom call.
  17. Per the Stadium Guide, stadium lots open 5 hours prior to kickoff and close 2 hours following the game.
  18. No crutch for the veterans when/if JP plays poorly. What exactly makes Holcomb the ideal backup anyway?
  19. I completely agree with you BoondckCL. Any idea what Holcomb's salary is?
  20. I think JP will be named the starter before the season starts. In fact I'll go so far as to say that if Holcomb keeps it up, he's going to get cut. Maybe that would be the best thing for JP and the team. JP doesn't have to look over his shoulder all the time and be afraid to make a mistake and the veterans don't have a crutch if things don't go exactly perfect. The Bills can ride this thing out once and for all and if JP does truly suck, we will at least know for sure and can move on.
