Everyone and their kids knows that it’s very hard to take someone down if you aim high, unless you aim for their heads - which is a no no. It’s much more efficient to aim low and wrap them up. Going too low is bad too, because all the player needs to do it jump or regain their balance. So, how does the NFL expect players to efficiently tackle players? Maybe the NFL should begin training players on how to prepare to be tackled.

Let's add to that Todd Marinovich and Matt Leinart.
But the list is much longer than that. Rob Johnson, Mark Sanchez, Matt Barkley, and Matt Cassel all have something in common. They did nothing in the NFL (besides make money). Carson Palmer is also on that list, but maybe didn’t suck as much, but that doesn’t say much. USC is a bust factory for QBs.- 2

I would give him an extra year. A QB’s window is pretty large. It’s his surrounding players that mostly determine the window. He should be on the hot seat next season.

2 torn Achilles for them. Weird.

The question becomes, which WR are the Fins going to sit to make room for Claypool on the field? Once that is answered, he will become disgruntled again.

The Butterfly Effect is that if he had picked off that pass, the trajectory of the game changes and he never gets hurt on that play because it never would’ve happened. Of course that could also mean someone else gets hurt instead on a new script of plays. Injuries suck.
Nah. His injury occurred with basically no contact. To me, no contact injuries imply a structural defect. If it didn’t rupture on this play, it was a ticking time bomb. It would’ve happened in the very near future.- 1

Kyle Williams tore his ACL and Achilles and still had a long, HOF career.
DT is a different beast. Not much running fast. Better comparison would be Takeo. Dude wasn’t the same afterwards.- 1

Achilles injury waiting on mri
Achilles tear will be confirmed by MRI, but it’s fairly straightforward to diagnose clinically.- 1

I've spent the better part of the day on TBD and it sure doesn't feel like a victory Monday. Something is not crisp enough, or so I hear.

I laughed when the excuses for Edmunds not making any plays was that “he had too much on his plate/it’s not his job/he doesn’t play the same position as Milano, doesn’t have the same freedom to roam.” No, he just wasn’t a playmaker. Bernard undoubtedly has a nose for the football and is making the plays our last LB could not.
How can you forget the biggest excuse: be patient, he’s very young.- 1

The running game. Don’t stop with it
This can’t be overstated. I think the difference between Josh without a SB win vs him with 1 (or a few) will be a running game.- 2

Having served on a jury a couple years ago, I would be very concerned to have my future determined by a group of “my peers”. In jury deliberations, discussing the believability of a young female witness, a fellow juror actually said this:”I raised 2 daughters and I could tell if they were lying or not. They wouldn’t lie to me anyways. “
I know exactly when my daughter’s lying. Anytime she’s talking.- 2

I was wondering this myself. I didn't think it was possible for a 300+ pound DT to be invisible, but Ford managed it (if he played that is)
That’s how McD prefers his DTs. Invisible.

What did he say? Can't read this
Quote"I'm a little confused," Terry said next. "I'm sitting on the stage between Mayor [Byron] Brown and Ted Black, yet I look over there, and I'm wondering, is something backwards here?"
That one went over like a slap shot to the face.
There was a stunned silence, and then some uncomfortable laughter. Pegula finished with a lame comment about Brown and Black, the Sabres' president, starting a law firm.

I’m not surprised at this. I remember vaguely him saying a surprising comment towards Byron Brown.

I can't imagine what a viable 1st round selection might contribute in a game like tonight.

I absolutely love the bolded part
NO SERIOUSLY YOU GUYS IT'S WHAT HE'S NOT DOING THAT'S IMPORTANT, YOU JUST CANT SEE IT
Of course, the reason he wasn’t in on plays is because opposing players are so fearful of him, they run to where he’s not.- 1

Does one need insurance to ride on a jet ski? Maybe from the rental place if the other guy was renting it? Otherwise, unless the other guy is a wealthy as him, I don’t see Hines getting much of anything from this guy. But, sure, anyone can sue anyone for any reason they please.

Kelce sounds very whiny. If he wants him back so bad, then he can restructure his contract to send some millions his way.

Well, that must be it. Josh is an average QB. It was Beasley all along that made him elite. Diggs is a scrub too.
