Sure, there are serious wrist injuries, but they are uncommon. Burrow had 4 torn ligaments in his throwing arm. Very bad luck and not the norm. We have 4 players out with wrist injuries. They all aren’t done for the season, even with surgery. The point is, wrist injuries are not a season-ending death sentence. Here’s some recent data:

Btw, I’m not a sports med doc, but I’m a rheumatologist. I’ve seen many wrists in my career. I don’t know anything about Coleman’s wrist, but I’m not all doom and gloom about it.
