CB2 or guard can be selected in Rd 1 or 2. We then need to add another decent guard in FA. I don’t think we need another WR besides Davis and Diggs. McKenzie if he wants to sign for a discount. Otherwise, I’m sure we can draft his clone in Rd 3 or 4. I would like another TE to complement Knox.

Not sure about this. My guess is most KC fans never even knew Davis existed before this game. Now they do. My point is that I think Allen makes better use of the talent we have at receiver and we sure don’t have a Kelce or Hill.

I think CB is the biggest need coming into the draft. Not just because White will still be out 1 month into the season, but we need an insurance policy. And when White comes back, we’ll have 2 high quality CBs out there. I do know that if White played last night, we probably would’ve won. The problem with the squib kick is that Hill just roasted us on a punt return a couple drives earlier. McD was scared of Hill doing it again and didn’t trust his STs.

Will they be paying him to play somewhere else? I get the Bears will be left with a lot dead cap space. I get that the Bears would still be saving some cap space by trading him. But dead cap space is just a hit on the salary cap calculation. So, who picks up the tab for the guaranteed money still owed? Is it the new team?

If a defender hears a whistle, but the offense in front of him is going full-speed. He’ll react according and play the guy. However, in the back of his mind, he know he’s heard the whistle and won’t be putting forth 100% effort.
