  1. Amazing he would turn down $50M per year, even with $133M guaranteed. Sounds like this is about Respect.
  2. I love Moulds. IMO, he’s arguable the best WR talent the bills have had in the last 30 years. The dude was huge and always came down with the ball. Too bad he never had a QB in their prime. Him and Allen > Diggs and Allen.
  3. Ha. Of course he is. He won’t be laughing anymore when the Leafs, like clockwork, gets bounced from the first round. Maybe he’ll lose his love for hockey again.
  4. The Sabres are the youngest team in hockey and are fairly equal (ie 2 points) with the Wings, despite them going on an off-season spending spree. The Sabres have 4 point per game players with 5 over 20 goals. They have arguably the best defenseman in hockey and another one following in his footsteps. Detroit has 1 PPG player, the only one over 20 goals. In 2 years, with competent goaltending, they’ll be going deep into the playoffs. A hot goalie is sometimes the only thing needed to win a Cup and they have the hottest goalie in the NCAA over the past 2 years. Other than that, the shelf life of good teams in the NHL lasts much longer than good teams in the NFL. NFL teams usually have a much shorter window and the Bills window inched down a little since this past season due to Allen’s contract. Longer open window means more tries. My money says the Sabres. You can stick with log rolling.
  5. Was just going to say this. Beane has been downright horrid drafting in rounds 1 and 2. Trade them both for more 4th-6th rounders where he does a bit better. We have too many needs: MLB, safeties, whole OL, TE, and WR2. More picks the better.
  6. I think the NFLPA would definitely be on board with this. Would automatically mean more money for all non-QB positions. That said, this would still go against the reason of having the cap. More money spent on other positions would disrupt parity.
  7. ChatGPT didn’t make fun of us for trading Teller? Guess it isn’t ready for prime time.
  8. Matakevich makes way too much money for what he does. Add Jones to the same conversation. Bye bye. This guy can take their place.
  9. Did you watch last season? No, definitely don’t want to trade a DB. Would rather teach one how to play safety.
  10. So, can we label him a bust now? Or is he still too young?
  11. Debating whether I should change my screen name to “Lee Smith’s Couch”…
  12. The CFL or XFL didn’t even want to touch him?
  13. Yep. Pretty sure Lee was on the couch like the rest of us.
  14. I don’t see anything wrong with this. I’ve seen players do some low class things. This ain’t it.
  15. Yep. Would be great to learn behind Josh and Daboll for a year. Perfect situation.

  17. But Allen and Diggs aren’t holding hands. Most be a sign. Plus, Miller still looks like he’s limping. But Allen and Diggs aren’t holding hands. Most be a sign. Plus, Miller still looks like he’s limping.
  18. Hey was pretty good for a year when he played QB for us.
  19. This is like the phrase “Fact Checker”. When you see that, anything but “facts” will be discussed. That said, the OP isn’t wrong here, facts or not.
  20. Do you not think that expectations change as the data changes? Based on what you said, would you be satisfied if we made the playoffs each each for the next 10 years, but get bumped after each wild-card round?
  21. Just a reminder to everyone: https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/bills-dc-leslie-frazier-says-its-discouraging-he-hasnt-received-another-chance-to-be-an-nfl-head-coach/
  22. Look at it this way; do you think the Bills has peaked in their ability to win football games? Given Allen’s contract now limiting our ability to sign players, I would say yes. Our FO have not shown an ability to draft adequate replacements. Now, in the regular season, we went 4-2 in our division. That’s already starting suspect. Do you think these teams will be worse next season? I don’t think the pats will be, but think the Jets and Fins will be better. The playoffs go through these teams and we had problems with Skylar freakin Thompson in the playoffs. So, no. The playoffs are definitely not a gimme next season.
  23. He retired from the situation once he released he hit someone.
  24. This is true, we’ve been building this defense for nearly 6 years. But that in itself is an indictment of the problem. 6 years and we still have a defense that folds like a table at the most important times. I don’t know if we need a completely different defensive philosophy, but something big needs to change. Maybe it’s drafting. Our back-up players or anyone drafted not named Milano or White isn’t cutting it.
  25. We’ve had some really good WRs over the years, despite not having a QB to throw them the ball. Imagine having Allen throwing to Moulds, Evans, or Price? Would be nice.
