  1. Are you kidding me... holding Thomas accountable for going to Miami for one year to end his career? To think that this tarnishes what he meant to the Bills is ridiculous. He was as important as Jim Kelly and was a warrior that left it all on the field every game. Get over it folks! We have two players and a coach in the HOF from the same era... with at least two more to go. This is the hurrah for these great teams and a chance for Bills fans to re-live the memories of the greatest period ever for the Buffalo Bills. Way to go Thurman I cant wait to see you inducted. Andre Reed Bruce Smith Steve Tasker You're on the clock!
  2. Our DE's are taking too wide of an approach. VY steps up on almost all passing plays. We need to figure out how to generate a rush up the middle. I would like to see us go back to the no huddle here and take control of the game. A quick score would set us on our way.
  3. We have got to do something to get pressure. I will be very curious to see halftime adjustments.
  4. Looked like the ball grazed the defense players shoulder. We have got to make some defensive adjustments and stop VY. I dont feel we can hang with them in points scored.
  5. Mcgee is getting burned. We are giving VY too much time. We need some defensive adjustments
  6. Did you think the cap money was given to the owners? No this a business that generates a profit/loss every year its not fantasy its real. Maybe this will bring you a bigger appreciation of what Ralph trying to do to keep NFL in Buffalo. What I think everyone needs to appreciate more is that at this point in his life Ralph has chosen to fight for NFL in Buffalo while most people would be content with being a multi-millionaire and spending their last few years on more selfish endeavors. He has enough money to keep this family tree rich for many generations. I believe this is more than money to RW its about an epitaph.
  7. My pregame thoughts take me back two years when the Bills laid an egg and got dominated at home against Pittsburgh instead of heading into the playoffs. The DIFFERENCE is the coaching this year. I am 100% confident that DJ and staff will have this team ready to play today, I predict we come out on all cylinders and knock the Titams on their backs.... This coaching staff has been a huge difference maker this year and today is a perfect way to measure this. Go Bills.
  8. If he mentions the lack of fan support it doesnt support his stance, he is trying to prove that regardless of the support of the local market and the ability to fill seats the cards are stacked against the small market teams. If he goes public about the blackouts the big market teams will eat him alive. The Buffalo Bills have got to show that the city of Buffalo supports them 100% before they take on the large market teams.
  9. How many did Henry have?
  10. Let the analyst bash Buffalo. In my opinion this is part of what makes our fandom so special... its the "us against the world" mentality. I only lived in Buffalo for a few years growing up but to this day feel a bond to the area. I took my 6 year old son to his first game this year to see the Bills beat the Vikings. This was my first visit to the area in quite some time. It's absolutely amazing that the city continues to support a team, with so many fans outside of WNY like myself. I think the Bills should continue to embrace their Canadian fans and strive to become more of a regional attraction. I myself will start making a point to attend at least one game a season now that my son is now too a fan. Its this type of uniqueness that will make the Bills Superbowl so much more meaningful. Levy recognizes this and will continue to draft players of character that fit the organization and area. Let the Tim Brown types point fun.... as long as we keep kicking the collective cream puff butts when they come to... BUFFALO !!! Go Bills.
  11. Or look at it this way... if Jim Kelly played 10 years in Miami in a warm weather pass happy offense he would have posted better numbers than Marino did. Maybe I'm a fan to a fault.. but I would take Kelly over any other QB in the modern day NFL. He was a perfect fit for the city of Buffalo, and the team chemistry of the Bills in the 90's. In my opinion JPs talents and personality are also an ideal fit. He has a chip on his shoulder b/c he was picked behind so many other 'blue-chip" QBs of his draft class. Not from a top tier program, raised in a blue collar family, moves into downtown Buffalo and stays all winter, gunslinger arm with a cocky attitude... sound familiar?
  12. Thanks but not Thanks.... no other QB could have been better than Jim Kelly for those Bills teams. And if I had to make a choice Marino would not even be on the radar... he was a perfect in his role as a QB of a soft team that choked in big games.
  13. We really have a patch work defense out there. Winning this game with this Defensive lineup would be almost unbelievable. Leanhard Wire Youbooty Haagans Give me a break! Go Bills.
  14. I dont think they would have overturned the Price catch. Good no challenge
  15. Love the positive attitude. Hopefully our players think differently.
