Honestly I think we are seeing the best Allen of the Allen era.... not Stat wise much but now he appears to have matured greatly and maintains his physical dominance. Team wise probably say the 2 years we lost to KC in the playoffs the team as a whole might of been better, and coaching, arguably takes much blame. I believe this team is too weak on the DL outside of Groot not much cream rising to the top. Hopefully Miller returns to form on QB pressures down the stretch. We have to get tougher againt the run. Hamlin is a great backup, but everyone knows we can do better there. Also lots of new receivers in the mix but potential of this offense is top notch I apologize really haven't read the thread, just my 2 cents

Just met Rapp's mother-in-law on the train to Seattle. Guess Rapp was raised in Bellingham WA.

I live out here. Have family visiting for the game... On the train now heading to Seattle. Half of the riders at our stop were Bills fans, lot of us on the train. We visited Pike Place Market on Friday afternoon and the place is loaded with Bills fans. Like always the Bills will be very well represented in Seattle

Defense: 1st Half vs 2nd Half - What is going on?
ddaryl replied to Mikie2times's topic in The Stadium Wall
We also are seeing a turnover in personel, and a new DC. Yes would like to see more consistency in the 1st half, but the ability to make those 2nd half adjustments is very notable. But agree the 1st half has to get better on allu sides of the ball -
Xavier Worthy: So far, not much more than a gadget guy

I feel Keon will get better at body positioning in this league with experience and just getting more in synch with Allen. I expect solid improvement... -
If Hopkins becomes available, would you want Beane to trade for him?
ddaryl replied to SCBills's topic in The Stadium Wall
Unless we start seeing the team struggle and wr play is part of the reason then I would not be interested in adding anyone here. Month of October will tell us what we need to know going into the trade deadline. Got to let this play out some more IMO -
Josh is smart. He'll re-ante with the Bills when the time comes. He knows winning football will get him more endorsements, and the Bills are a solid bet for that. He'll get a top raise that will quickly fall in terms of rank the years following and the team will be left with wiggle room because of how Josh is willing to structure the deal. In My Opinion

A Few Thoughts about the Cardinals Game, in no particular order
ddaryl replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall
Von will be playing lesser snaps all season. It may ramp up towards the end of the season but basically the Bills want Von staying healthy and save his legs for a late season playoff run this is a lovely problem to have -
Von Miller proves the doubters wrong

Some fans expected way to much last year when he was coming off an ACL tear. Those take a full year before you start getting up to speed... -
Joe Marino: 1/4 of Bills 2024 salary cap is dead cap!
ddaryl replied to JaCrispy's topic in The Stadium Wall
I honestly can't believe people are just now acknowledging our dead cap this season. I've been saying since last season that this year would be a reset year, and even more so when we traded Diggs. Pretty obvious what Beane was going to do given the age of a solid portion of our roster. Set up Allen for his back 9 in a Bills uniform -
Beyond annoying... I've hit the wall. I'm tired of jumping though multiple hoops just to watch Bills games on TV.

https://www.espn.com/nfl/boxscore/_/gameId/401326626 That playoff game is a great example of wr by commitee... As it started to look more like that Brady took over OC imo. https://www.espn.com/nfl/boxscore/_/gameId/401547543 https://www.espn.com/nfl/boxscore/_/gameId/401547558 https://www.espn.com/nfl/boxscore/_/gameId/401547583 https://www.espn.com/nfl/boxscore/_/gameId/401547600 https://www.espn.com/nfl/boxscore/_/gameId/401547611 https://www.espn.com/nfl/boxscore/_/gameId/401547626 https://www.espn.com/nfl/boxscore/_/gameId/401547647 https://www.espn.com/nfl/boxscore/_/gameId/401547751 https://www.espn.com/nfl/boxscore/_/gameId/401547758 -
NFL feeding itself to the sharks (Private Equity)

Cost/price increases. Fans are geting priced out. Have to have 4 differenct streaming services to watch all the games -
I did not for multiple reasons. 1. I am not paying $400 to watch sunday Bills games on TV. 2. We play 6 prime time games 3. I expect some of the games on Sunday to be broadcast nationally 4. I'm coming back to Buffalo for about 6 weeks in Sept So I will only need Sunday ticket for 6 games im guessing, and divide that by the cost it's just not worth it IMO
-
Since this is a fantasy situation #1 over all is my 1st choice, but whomever saw me as a difference maker, and drafted me the earliest Don't care where. #1 draft picks are difference makers and if im fortunate enough to be considered that I'd assume I'm capable of making the difference for the franchise that drafted me. Be cool to the fans, say the right things, play and practice with passion From there money takes care of itself while playing and afterwards

Do Athletes endorsements affect your purchasing?
ddaryl replied to Saxum's topic in The Stadium Wall
I don't think any advertisement with any star has that affect on me. However in the name of brand recognition, it does have an effect. I probably still would not buy the product unless I see lots of feedback from trusted sources. If its a new product and the commercial peaks my interest I might buy and try. -
