I do believe teams will be lining up if he was available for OC, but as HC with limited experience as OC I'm not sure if teams want to start a rebuild with a real green HC candidate. I also believe Brady would stay here to get one more solid season as OC then he'll jump ship IMO.

Playoffs are Here! Be Courteous to and Cautious of DEBBIE Downers
ddaryl replied to theRalph's topic in The Stadium Wall
I really need to see something out of our Defenses ability to stop a team with a really good running game. Some X and O adjustments from McD and Babich that prove to be effective. But I fear that is going to be our downfall. I'll be routing hard for the Bills of course, but there is Trepidation Damn so the D in general is our concern. Not a fan of the bend don't break style of D.. especially in the playoffs. I do hope they have some unique stuff dialed up -
I have McD issues but not going to hang this one on him. You need depth, and that depth needs experience. Allowing starters to play for their bonuses or franchise records was a classy thing to do for the team but that may be more concerning IMO

Kyle was rock solid... He is true Blue and would love if he are able to play for us in the JA era

wish Kyle was 20 years younger and still on the team

We will not be drafting a WR in round 1 in 2025. I also do not forsee us spending big money on a top WR in FA. If we draft a WR it will after rd 1, and even then I think this team has other needs like DT DE LB S. If we sign a WR in FA they will be mid tiered, kind of like what we are running now. Cooper will most likely receive an offer and he will eat up money we have to put towards a WR. He will also get a full training camp to further gel with the team Keon will be in his 2nd year and I expect improvement. Shakir is awesome and will continue to be, and he too will need a contract in 2026. Just do not see the need, especially when its been the Defensive play that has been our Achilles heal

Stadium Construction Discussion (No PSL/Seat selection posts)
ddaryl replied to JÂy RÛßeÒ's topic in The Stadium Wall
1st Dallas is near Miller's home, 2nd he would of taken a little less to play near home but what they were offering was way less. He wasn't interested It's also called a salary cap and a QB on a big 2nd contract. AND we aren't signing or even looking at lots of big name players because the team chooses to extend their players 1st. Lots of our FA signings are value signings, which is necessary when you have a QB like Allen on a 2nd contract. I am ANTI-DOME, the new stadium looks fantastic. -
Worst SuperBowl Match up Against Bills

I fear any team with a strong running game in the playoffs -

So, how is everyone feeling about this defense going into the playoffs?
ddaryl replied to Rubes's topic in The Stadium Wall
the Defense worries me. Mcdermott worries me, throw in Bass and that's my trifecta of worries going into the playoffs. I hope to see some new wrinkles that are effective on the D side, but my heart will be in my throat the whole playoff run. -
the issue has been teams preparing for FA and the Draft. If you don't get your guy in house the moment the SB is done you have little chance of getting fully up to speed before the draft let alone FA which comes much earlier. but I agree things need to be shiifted so top teams don't have coaches running around doing interviews in the middle of the playoffs

Did the Bills purposely lose or is New England just plain stupid?
ddaryl replied to HOUSE's topic in The Stadium Wall
you do not chose to lose for a higher draft pick *** See the Buffalo Sabres -
It was at this moment that I really started to scrutinize Dorsey's ability. If you cannot remain calm in the face of adversity then your not cut out for this job.

That's a cool play they ran there.
